Received my passport today😃. Interview date was Jan 13th.

No, travellers are not required to quarantine while entering Quebec from other provinces right now. They do recommend to frequently check l the website for more info like Quebec.ca; I am here in Montreal for my Medical and interview as well. They are in lockdown right now though. I read that  it’s till 11th but they might extend it. 

I did my medical today at Medisys in Montreal. It took four hours just for the medical test.  There were a lot of ppl waiting  too. Most of the time was just waiting for your turn for x rays , forms, urine test , BP etc. Tests actually tests little to no time at all. I asked if I could pick up the Med report in person next week but they said that they will email it to US embassy directly and don’t do paper handouts anymore due to COVID 19. Chest X Ray copy will be mailed to me and I was told that I will probably have to show it while crossing the border. It takes no more than 3-4 business to get the results. 
I have heard that US embassy is not really upto speed with updating the medical reports which has caused delays in issuing the visa.  I guess I will wait and see what happens. My interview is on Jan 13th. Good luck to everyone!

hoping you can help me with my question , I lived in the Uk from 2014-2016. I submitted my new Uk police record to NVC in 2019 and now that it has expired, do I have to apply for a new one take it with me on the day of my interview on Jan 13th although I haven’t been back there? I already applied for a new Canadian police certificate; I got DQ in Mar 30 and received  IL on dec 12.

I’m trying to send everything out by this weekend (Canada too) and I’m nervous about getting an RFE given that the delays are already so long!

Invalid document - Wrong Canadian police certificate. Just went to the local police station to have one made instead of going to the commissioners for a proper one. 

DQ today! First submission on November 19 and 2nd submission on February 3.           Country: Canada

I have been trying to get hold of them since this morning without any luck cos the msg they sent me yesterday doesn’t make much sense. Had I not heard from them yesterday I would have called them anyways just to have peace of mind. I would say give it a try man. 

Hello my Canadian Friends , could one you pls show me a pic of how a Canadian police certificate should look like. I will visit commissionaires this week to request for a new one and show them the document. I did read it on the Ceac website, I just want to make sure...Since One mistake can delay for weeks 😭😭😭

Nov 18. Did u check Ceac for msgs? I haven’t got emails yet but I got msgs on the website

I checked the ceac website and I got the msgs for doc acceptance.  no emails yet. I messed up on the Canadian police certificate. I have lived in 5 different countries and I messed up on the one where I actually live. Little disappointed at myself yet bit relieved that there weren’t more. Good luck to rest of ya’all!!

Submitted Nov 18, Canada and nothing yet...I thought After Nebraska it's going to be a smooth ride but I guess not; hopefully we will get more DQs this week. 

This site is really helpful, reading all these comments and solutions  eases my mind ,we filed ours on Feb as well & Lucky me..our i-130 application got sent to Nebraska! After reading multiple success stories about filing I-129f to expedite this process, we sent our application today as well. Would love to hear more success stories .Hopefully, it won't be long till we get good news as well. Good luck ya'all and congratulation to Texas fillers!
