In orden to leave Argentina I asked migraciones what I needed and they just said I needed my passport and valid visa. And they told me to check the airlines and special flights because borders are closed. So the only available option if you are in Argentina now and need to leave,  is to fly with eastern airlines to Miami. It's the only airline flying  with no restrictions about passengers. The other one that goes to miami is aerolineas Argentinas. But they only take american citizens or permanent residents. When you get to ezeiza airport,  at migraciones they make you sign a "declaración jurada",  saying that you are leaving the country because you want to, and borders are closed, meaning if you want to come Back to Argentina they don't know when they are going to let you back in.

Hello Everyone! Just FYI: the embassy is starting up certain visa interviews again! We have been scheduled for an interview on August 13 for a CR1 visa! We were approved by the NVC on May 4th. It appears that the fact that many types of visas have been suspended is causing those that are not suspended to be taken care of a little bit quicker! I say this because I know of someone who was approved by the NVC about a month and a half BEFORE us and their interview is only 13 days before ours! Hope that this good news makes someone's day!

Hola! So I just made it to the States with my k1!!! Im so happy after all those restrictions and the pandemic.
We are getting married in july 10. Any advice???

From what I know anyone can enter US except Europe, China and Brasil I think. No restrictions for Argentina. I think the main problem is being able to leave Argentina if the borders are closed. 

I feel so lucky I got my green card only a day before everything close down. And I have you guys every day in my mind. I am a lot more calm since I have the residency, I can imagine for all the stress you are going through. Hopefully all of this s*%t will end soon 🙏🏽

If you have a visa you can enter - you may not enter from or transit via a travel banned country or area.

She's done with the immigration part for now. She just has to get here. She'll be be fine once she does.

Really sorry to hear this. But just like @andreaam mentionted you might just have to wait until this is over and then you will be able to travel. Maybe the visa needs to be reissued, but I cant imagine they wouldn't do it considering the circumstances.

@Jonnat I really understand your frustration, after all the hard work, waitting and time you've been waiting for this, COVID19 is not letting you get here. 
Remember your visa durates 6 months on your passport before traveling. If you find how to arrive here, don't use LATAM a friend of mine is stucked in Barcelona because tickets costs are $3000 Euros. And if your fiance can, check if clerks offices are still working to marry people, because at least with the new thing of avoiding big gatherings in churches, and other public places, you need to be sure if you arrive in the US right now, you need to marry before the 90 days period and also send all the AOS/EAD and advance parole within that period of time. 
 
If I get to know more information about airlines will definitely let you know. 

Gracias Javier. I'm the one travelling. But I talked to someone at the airport, then called American Airlines and Aerolineas Argentinas and apparently the only flight available was for tonight. It was the last one,  And Everyone is like crazy here.
Also, my fear is that  all latin American countries are closing  borders, I'm ashamed to say this but it would be my first time flying, and I'm kinda worried about getting stuck at an airport. I'm guessing we are running out of options.

I know your feeling. We were really excited about being done and then this happened. But is always better to be safe. If you are traveling, be safe. If not, don’t worry, is just time! You’ll get there!

Ah I see. Well as far as I see it you shouldn't have a problem entering the USA as long as you have a flight ticket. Because the travel ban to the USA that was imposed does not include Argentina, not yet at least. But this is just me guessing, nothing has been said by USA that they are restricting Argentinians from entering. Again the only issue that you might run into is the fact that airlines are not flying out of Argentina into the USA. If you can, try to get a ticket as soon as you can.
 
Worse case scenario, and I know it sounds easy to say, stay calm and I'm sure the governments will have to extend those k1 visas that were delayed due to the pandemic.

@Fer SchvarztmanCan those be apostilled by a family member in Buenos Aires after I'm in the States? I got my visa already. But with all the people freaking out with coronavirus, they have cancelled all the appointments for legallizing and apostill documents till May.🤦‍♀️

Yes, a family member can legalize and apostille.  They just need to mail it to you.

Did the interviewer asked you all questions or your husband also had to answer? By any chance have you seen any notice on the building regarding the COVID-19? And last question, where you able to get into the building with your phone?

We are going to sound old, but we are just referring to the fact that ours was back in June 2019 and the government, etc. was different.  Back then, it was about a week that the visa was ready for you to pick up.  They will give you the passport with the visa and a sealed package that you should not open.  There will be some tear in a corner, that is normal.  You must travel with this and turn it in at the POE.  As I have shared previously, make sure you have it with you as a carry-on, preferably a backpack.  I have shared lots of tips about traveling, since I am a frequent flyer, but I can re-share if needed.  CONGRATULATIONS!
