Same here, still waiting to here for our interview.
 
We were waiting to get an interview date back in March before they shut down. Praying everyone hears back soon.

Hi all. Was wondering if anybody knew:
 
1. What was the original wait time for an interview after being DQ'd at NVC before Covid
2. Has anybody been granted an interview since the embassy opened back up in September?

Hello all, Alhamdulilah my husband just had his interview yesterday, October 27th, 2020 and it was approved. We got the interview because we requested an expedite request due to a family medical emergency, which they approved. We will be sharing our detailed consulate review soon, inshaAllah. We are wishing everyone the best through the rest of this process and praying that everything goes quickly and smoothly for all VJ members! 

Curious if anyone recently had an interview scheduled at the embassy in Algeria since they've begun resuming visa services?

Please Guys, there is a spreadsheet to fill with your DQ date, interview Date.... 
I want to share this with you, because I feel that's helpful to have an idea about what’s going on and it’s a bit of hope as well.

Agree with both of you. We will get through this, inshaAllah. I’m hopeful these coming months will be filled with good news and reunions. Just one day at a time. 

Super frustrating, but hopefully soon there will be some more movement. We were DQ'd in May.

Nothing as of yet for us too. We were DQ’d March 16th. I can’t imagine we would be far behind on the list to get an interview once things started up again. So I really have no idea what they are/aren’t processing in the Embassy right now.

nothing new so far, on the last Monthly statistics visas, the US embassy issued only 2 visas (IR1/CR1). Very frustrating ☹️when did you get you DQ? 

We were approved! Hubby is so glad its over, but he says he won't believe it until he sees it. 😂

Oh my goodness, so nervous and excited. Hubby has his interview in two and a half hours. The time difference is killing me! 😳

This doesn't sound much like an immigration question, but I hear red flags about the relationship for sure 🚩🚩 Regardless of where your partner is from, you shouldn't be letting anyone control everything you do. 

We also got an interview for July 27 in Madrid, Spain ☺️!

Here is the latest from Abu Dhabi: they are catching up on previously scheduled immigrant visas.
 
 

Police certificate was denied again 😠
 
Even sending NVC their own instructions with the police cert obtained from said instructions is not the document they are looking for

I disappeared for a while but wanted to check in to let everyone know we finally got dq'd!

April 15th they gave us an RFE, stating the beneficiary passport (that's valid through 2027) is expired. 
 
I alerted NVC of their error immediately and they saw that it was a mistake on their end. But it still takes 6 weeks for supervisor review... I called weekly, spoke with supervisors, and sent emails.
 
6 weeks later (16 weeks total), we finally got the DQ.
