The question has been answered - your relatives schedule them as and when they can find slots, they may be days or even weeks apart. Or they may get lucky and get two together, nobody will know until they try and schedule their appointments.

Please remember that English is not everybody's first language here. Even if somebody may have misunderstood the nuance of your question, they are simply trying to help you.

Understand also that after creating the account
    the site may say
No appointments available at this time
and u will have to check monthly or daily or weekly to find an open  in a little less than 2 years
and just look for a day when there are 2 slots open and choose that day
    2 application
2 separate interviews but can happen on same day if u schedule it that way

JeanneAdil got a reaction from R&OC in Online I-130 - We have taken action on your case
the action would be that your documents have been fed into the computer system
now,  u just wait till an officer opens the case and starts a real review (6 to 12 months from now)
further updates (if u get any) may also say actively reviewed
this happens when an officer reviews paperwork to ensure all documents are there,  all are signed properly and if anything is missing an RFE is sent (RFE is really nothing to worry about )
when officer gets any document(s) the case is actively reviewed again to download new document as the computer generates the "actively reviewed"  notice

I doubt tourist visa schedule is even out for the entire year of 2024

aome embassies only show the next 2 months to schedule B1/B2

Once you make a cash payment, it can take up to 3 business days for it to register in this system, at which time you can schedule a Consular Section appointment. You may use the cash payment slip for only one transaction.

No,  the Person can not enter the US and interview for spouse visa and planning to Adjust here is a violation of immigration laws

and USCIS can expedite if the USC has reasons to do so but unfortunately many countries have wars,  threats of war ,  famine and other disasters and USCIS if not able to help everyone

Sending my prayers for all involved and your well being

Case tracker isn't an official USCIS website. Why people still use this is beyond me.

Go and create an online USCIS account. Those 3rd party sites don't get information unless USCIS updates it. Basically, they pull information, from the USCIS account, using your receipts numbers that you provided them. So, if USCIS updates, they pick it up later and update. If no update from USCIS, then no update from 3rd party sites. So, why not just use your USCIS account??

JeanneAdil reacted to Timona in Robbery, fatal shooting revealed as elaborate visa fraud scheme
It's only when in US, that if you witness or are a victim of robbery, that all of a sudden, you want a U-visa.

First of all, if you're a tourist, how'd you even know about it?
Second, if you get robbed, isn't your first priority to move on or leave the country? Tourists get robbed in other parts of the world too. Do they then ask the host nation for a visa? The True Geezer (the dude who's curently on the news for running the whole length of Africa), or whatever his name is, was robbed in Angola in one of the legs of the races. Did he demand any certain visa from Angolan government?
How'd you even know the person that robbed you was a USC or even legal??

Citizens of those countries also get robbed. Should they demand free rent from the government for a while year since they don't qualify for visas?

One lady witnessed a crime and was asking if it qualifies her for U-visa. Another's illegal father was working at a job (illegally) and was punched by a coworker. She's asking for U-visa.

My conlusion is that most non-immigrants come to US with sense of entitlement. They're also coached.

if u retrieve your passport while they are already checking your travel history,   do u really think they won't check the new international travel
and the casa embassy held onto a passport for over a year while In AP  and when he finally asked for it back, they informed him that he should not travel anywhere till AP is done as it would add to more investigation.

where did u "marry"?  Nigeria  knows to look for fake documents and so do all the other embassies
who confirmed divorce degree as fake??

How could he naturalize under 3 year as married to USC without your help??

u do need good attorney as u  may not be legally married

U can report to ICE but understand u ,  too ,  went thru a lot to prove marriage is legit and are also responsible for the fraud

An individual will be charged with marriage fraud if they entered into a marriage for the purpose of evading U.S. immigration law. This felony offense carries a prison sentence of up to five years and a fine of up to $250,000, and applies to both foreign nationals and U.S. citizens who perpetrate this crime.

It happens.   No one is guaranteed admission except for citizens.

Why are you so worried about being turned away?   If you are truly planning to abide by the conditions of your visa (i.e visit and then leave), why are you so worried?

If u have a tourist visa,  CBP will have a few questions and perhaps inspect luggage (very very country depentent)

    why a refusal of entry?
    misreprentation to immigration
BF in US and they feel u will stay and adust
bringing in documents to give CBP the idea u will work in US

Having return  plane tickets with hotel reservations and tickets to Disneyland will show no intent to stay but just be a tourist

JeanneAdil got a reaction from Lupecita in Venezuelan in process of naturalization, question on name change
You can change last name to married name even hyphenate both surnames or middle and last thru the N400 but changing your 1st  name usually requires a court document

How much does it cost to legally change your first name in the US?   between $50 and $500 Generally, you can expect to pay anywhere between $50 and $500 to obtain a court order to change your name. However, the cost of changing your name will depend on several factors, including what state you live in, why you're changing your name, and which methods you use to complete the change request process.   this does not alter the name on birth certificate

Immigration wants IRS transcripts to show legal income /important to know USC thru income to support the intended immigrant and to prove u can add to a plan or afford health care for the new "spouse to be"

IF USC files no taxes as on SSA or SSDI , and /or retirement from work,  then letter of non filing is needed from IRS along with the yearly statements SS sends out to verify the yearly income from SSA or SSDI and any letter from retirement

Use Form 4506-T to request any of the transcripts: tax return, tax account, wage and income, record of account and verification of non-filling

Immigration will need copy of all W2's and 1099 received from work or retirement or disability
