We are all waitIng on pins and needles because our predicted dates are passing.  I think I may know why. On that uscis tracker app, It shows that no cases were processed as received from 3/22 until 3/27. 
 
So there are about 108 cases received on March 27. Most are I-129f with a handful of I-130s.  This app looks at received date Vs noa1 dates. 
 
When I select the graph of the 129fs as of 5 pm today:  roughly 32 approved, 6-7 RFEs and about 68 remaining to be processed.

Just checked my case status from the old USCIS Site and our case was approved!
💕😂💕  But we haven’t received a text or email notification yet. Should we be worried?

Small update. 
We have been officially Approved  ! 
Old website still says Case received, new website says notice date was June 17th, letter says June 15th.

@Elif_and_Greg At this point I am on the same boat as you my friend lol. There's already some in April that got approved and here I am still just getting bills and my local grocery store coupons from my mailbox daily lol. This whole process has made me realize I need to start with paperless billing statements.

Here is the letter that you will receive from Mumbai Embassy. Read it over carefully and follow the instructions. Another member of VJ added some additional information contained below which outlines what he experienced.

Once you received your case number from NVC,  I would recommend you fill out DS-160 form and submit. Some say the packet 3 letter is nothing just waste of time same thing they have mention which you easily get from USCIS website when you called to the clinics to book your medical appointment date they will ask you have you received your packet letter or not. Just say yes and booked the appointment date however you will receive that letter within 2 weeks the day you will get your NVC number.

Go on USCIS website make your account with password and then pay your fees to Citibank or Axis bank. They will give you reference number. With that number you can book your biometric and interview appointment date. The fees are 18,500 and for medical but I recommend that you carry 20,000 with you in the event you need more. Be sure to  keep at least 7 days gap between medical and interview.

I received the approval on the new site!
 
How it went down: I received a notification email from the new site showing that they have taken an action on our case and asking me to sign in to the new site, so I did. Then I went to My USCIS there I found that our case was approved! We are so stoked right now!!!! 

@Gazzee if you’re able to call at 7am CST, you should get a person quickly.

The new website still shows ‘case received’, the old website shows ‘case approved’, the App as well, that is connected to the old website. 
 
We didn’t expect it and that makes it even better! 

It does seem to me also it's been a slow week. But is it slow just because people haven't posted here of having received their NOA2, or do we in fact know it's slow over at the processing centers? My NOA1 was March 20th, and I've been thinking if I get my NOA2 by June 20th I'll feel extremely lucky. Considering that, however, I hope to hear something this week. At any rate, I feel it helps to keep as busy as possible, find solidarity with others that are waiting, and we can all share our stories. My fiance and I tend to be pretty good at waiting but yesterday we both broke down a bit talking to each other on whatsapp. I think the hardest thing is thinking of all these days that go by that I am without her, and I cannot get those days back. But at least I'm still doing what I can for now to get ready for her arrival such as getting my home ready for her and discussing volunteer opportunities with her, how she can improve her English when she's here, and thinking of some people she might make friends with.

Old website just updateed our NOA2 approval status 3 hours ago. New website still says case is received. And we havent received the letter in mail yet. I truly hope everyone will get their NOA2 soon!!!!

Just wanted to send a note to everyone still anxiously waiting their NOA2. I have been checking the app, website and calling the line daily with no updates. Then this morning I opened up the app only to be notified that my case was approved on June 5th. Try to be patient, it seems like there’s not a lot of consistency in notification but we all will hear something eventually. Good luck to you all!

After everyone's responses about no updates by any electrical means, the highlight of my day now includes getting off work to check my mailbox. However, the worst part of day follows a minute later when I see nothing waiting for me besides a stack of bills lol.

Happy to finally post this! We officially got our NOA2 today, in 78 days!!!
 
We didn't get any updates on the website (new or old), no texts or emails. We only received the hard copy today in the mail, dated 5/30. 
 
The best part: We are together right now to celebrate ❤️
