Hi guys I'm not sure if it was already question like this but hopefully I can get answer. I did apply i360 with i485 together on june 2019 and today when I was checking my i360 it says on february 23 "the new card in being produced". Does it means that my I360 was approved? Or it's just was card and still can get denial? Or it's already 100% my case was approved? Thanks!
Congrats!! 🎉
Your I-360 is approved!

I just got my EAD C31, 4 days ago, so I pray that my case will be officially approved soon!🤞
I filed in January 2019....
The only way to get a C31 is if your case is approved. So congrats!!
I got my c31 update in November 2020 and status changed to case approved in January 2021.

Are this a new thing??? @sandranj Vawa applicant can't request a info pass now?. This is the first time I am seeing this. They are strictly now only inquiry in Vermont Service Center.
They wouldn’t allow me to schedule an infopass either here in Miami. They said infopass was only to get the passport stamps.

Finally got the courage to file for the divorce. The thing is.. my husband’s (soon to be ex) phone is disconnected and the company I hired to serve him said they tried 3 times and couldn’t find him. There is a good possibility he is out of the country.., can I still get divorced even if he doesn’t sign the papers?? We have been separated since 2019.

I did. But it looks like they don't have a lot of immigrants here in missouri in my town. I told them to inquire on my case as it is Outside normal processing time or if uscis can tell me how far
Is it about your I-360 or I-485? How long have you been waiting?
sometimes it’s easier to call and explain to them over the phone -

Hello lovely ladies! Any 2019 filters approved yet. My pd is 4/2019 and my case status is "fees waived". I have received 2 Prima Facie letters, 2 ead cards and applied for I-131.
Some uplifting words would be appreciated. How do you deal with the long wait?
My case is from 05/2019. Approved in November/2020. Approval letter received in January/2021.
I never got PF.
have you asked your congressman to check on your case for you? -

Hi Visajourney family.
I360 sent December 2018
I360 approved September 2020
I485 interview notice February 2021
My green card interview is approaching.
It is like $500 to have an attorney with me (is it better to go with an attorney) please 🙏 I'm not currently working, i really can not afford to pay $500.
I would say if you have a complex case, pay the attorney to go. if your case is simple just go by yourself..

Hi, all I had my green card interview on the 25th Jan and was approved. So this is how it was. First I should advice everyone to be on the lookout for their mails as my online status never changed from june 2018. I got my interview letter on the 19th of jan and only had 4 days that includes the Saturday (23rd) to do my medicals and God knows how terrified and anxious I was. I only paid $178 (NJ) for my physicals as for the vaccines I used my previous shots ( that I did when I had the ( I-130)as proof that I had the vaccines I only had to do the flu shot and blood work to show my immunity. Luckily again my results were out the next day. Well on the the 25th I went to my interview waited about 56 min to be called in ( I was so nervous kept checking the time,) Finally Am called in. The IO swore me Questions
1. what’s your full name
2. Date of birth
3. whats you’re address
4. About 6 yes/no questions
5. Asked if I have Kids...said Yes 1 IO congratulations
6. Are you still married to this guy. Yes...IO get a divorce from that guy and move on
IO then excuses himself goes to another office I over hear him speak to someone else... am like Oh my God now what... He comes back and asks is this a safe address to send your documents I said yes Sir, then he says well we’re good here if you here from me within a week then it’s not good if you don’t expect a green card in 2 weeks. He says he will look at my file in the afternoon I said thank you he walked me out. I go home and boom you’re APPROVED. Got an email no text updates. That was on Monday then Friday I got my approval letter now waiting for the card.
I could swear it me less than 8min in there it was so fast. I wish everyone nothing but the best and God’s blessings. My file date was May 2018 , No prima facie, I-360 Approval Oct 7th 2020, interview 25th Jan 2021. One RFE , GMC, and proof of abuse.... my only evidence was my written statement and two from friends nothing else, and see what God did. With God everything is possible have faith stay strong.Congrats!! 🎉
that was super quick from approval to interview!!

Hello wonderful people, Just joined this group, so sad I didn’t know about this group when I was going through hell. I have a quick question, filed for Vawa March 2018 and just got my EAD c(31) last week, does it mean I might be approved soon? Thanks
C31 card is only produced after your I-360 is approved! Congrats.
you might get an update in a couple months saying you’re approved

The advance parole and employment authorization will be valid as long as the I-485 is not denied. She should be ok to travel as long as she doesn’t have asylum case. Double check her country situation regard covid.
if they hold her I-485. tell her to write a letter with a safe address so that any future correspondence goes to her safe address. -

Hello Good people!
Our interview is tomorrow! me and my daughter (12 y.o). Please pray for positive outcome for us! Also, as I reviewed my I485 application I submitted before there is a question I mistakenly answered "yes" instead of no. Can I point that out to them during the interview? Thank you all in advance for your prayers!
Everything will be ok! 🙌🏻
I think that you can correct the answer when they go to the yes, no question. Just explain that you made a mistake when filling out the form!
keep us posted!!- Restez Forts and sheima

Hello fam and happy new year!
I hope everyone is healthy and positive. I wanted to share that after spending a good month abroad, I returned to the states with no issues, traveling with advance parole while waiting for green card adjudication. I did go through the "little room" where they verify the advance parole. I had a nice talk with the CBP officer, who even asked me why was my green card taking so long. He admitted that this status of pending/waiting for green card was kind of a limbo. The officer did warn me that even if we were able to travel anytime we wanted while our advance parole was valid, they were currently revoking the advance parole to any person traveling to the countries currently banned for travel due to covid 19. Example: Brasil. He said "wherever you go, do not travel to brasil, because when returning to the states, we will revoke your advance parole and send you back to your country". So I though of sharing this piece of information to whoever is having travel plans.
Yeah my friend just got back from Brazil last week and she was taken to the “little room” too. Her 2 year green card expired and she is waiting for the permanent one. (She has the extension letter but the actual green card is expired)
She said it took them almost 3 hours to clear her to get in and they told her that if she didn’t have her green card, only advance parole things would go much different for her. -

Hello everyone, I submitted my VAWA application in November 2018.
Received my EAC by December 2018.
Renewed my EAC by December 2019.By May 2020, I relocated to a different state before submitting a change of address through USCIS. I received an email notice that a notice was sent to my old address with 30 days to reply. I immediately contacted USCIS about the move and submitted a change of address form via mail. My new address has been updated but I never received that initial notice. I’ve sent two letters to USCIS asking them to resend that letter. It’s been almost 8 months waiting but I’ve received prema-facie and other letters sent to my new address. I even received a new EAC in December 2020 at my new address.
Wondering what the deal is with USCIS and why they didn’t resend that latter. I’m curious to know what it is.Has anyone encountered this situation?
Contact your congressman. They can request a copy of that notice for you!

What is the average time between “card produced “ to getting the actual approval notice for I-360??

Hello all,
I am trying to renew my EAD. Do I have to pay for this renewal? Please who has recently renewed their EAD through I-485 filed with vawa application.
If you have a pending I-485 there is no fee to renew the EAD. If you paid the fee for I-485, if you filed with a fee waiver then I believe you have to pay for renewal of EAD/AP.
Make sure you send a copy of the NOA from the I-485 with your renewal package -

Yeah same. I sent a few letters and it didn't work. I was able to change it through info pass appointment (I went for a different reason, but that was a nice added bonus), it worked for I360 and I485. However, I didn't realize that it didn't apply to my pending I765, so that one is still attached to the old address, even though I sent letters and tried to do it online as well. USPS mail forward did forward it to my new address though, even though I thought they aren't supposed to forward USCIS letters.
I called USCIS for a infopass but they said my field office isn’t scheduling it !! Will try again this week

I tried to change online but it didn’t work. I got a letter saying it had to be changed by mail to Vermont.
