*UPDATE* on the situation above 👆🏿👆🏿
I called NBC and after a 21-minute hold, the representative informed me that my husband's combo EAD/AP card was actually printed per the 7/2/20 status change. However, it was printed by USCIS with an 'error' on it so they could not mail it out and they had to produce a new one; which is why I had the status of "New Card Being Produced" twice. Just posting this in case anyone encountered a similar situation and had questions. She couldn't provide further details as to whether this 2nd attempt at printing a card had already been completed, nor could she disclose when it would be mailed out. Goodluck to everyone.

Personally, if I was you, I would be talking about very important and serious topics. If you guys are thinking about marriage (CR-1) or pursuing the K-1 you need to get serious about where you are both at with the serious deal breaker topics. There was a recent poster on this site who got all up in arms when his wife decided that she did not want to have children or live in the same house that the mans mother purchased and now he wants to revoke her visa after it has been approved. So, that being said, I would discuss deal breaker topics with her to gauge where she is at and go from there. If there are deal breakers that you are not willing to compromise then you go your separate ways, if not then you can proceed to the next step. I would also have her answer the questions first as you do not want her parroting what you say since you think she may be using you.
For me and my now wife, when we were pursuing the K-1 we discussed children. I stated that I would not mind having a few more children and she wanted children at the time. A few years into our marriage she stated that she did not want to have children and I was okay with that because it was not a deal breaker for me.
Remember, once you marry her you deal with her flaws and all so get as much information as you can. For me, I would rather break it off in the beginning than get a few years into a marriage and then have to get a divorce cause that could be ugly and costly...Just my two cents. Hope this helps.

iam hoping everyone in Feb soon get biometrics. My first i-485 was rejected even thought i filed everything. Apparently the contractors who work at lockbox assumed i was a different category and denied by petition. they wasted 45 days to return back my petition. After that when i followed up with lockbox via email support they said it was wrongfully rejected and i should just send it back .i was like ####### and all of it has rippled effect. Hang in there.

Hello all, We finally recieved our bio metrics appointment today for (Norfolk VA) on August 6th. We didn't have an original appointment scheduled before covid hit, so this is a fresh appointment. Our case was received on February 20th. On our notice it it says case type "i485,i765". Will this be a strictly bio metrics appointment? ? My wife has a friend that is going through the process as well, and she said she had her bio metrics and GC interview done at the same time.
Thanks,
Alex.

It turns out the mail is a new biometric appointment letter after the pandemic.
The notice date was July 28th and the scheduled date is Aug 11th.
And, I'm so glad I'm the witness of the strong US social welfare since those who can't read English and those who can't understand how to use computerized tools can even find some jobs at least government offices in the USA.

YAY! They rescheduled our AOS interview which was canceled 17 days ago. I know it's way too early. Guess we just got lucky 🍀 Waiting for a date in the mail. So excited! The best of luck everyone here!

Just got my biometrics letter rescheduled appointment through.
Notice date was July 28 2020 and my new appointment date is 10th August 2020. ASC is Fort Smith, AR.
Hopefully this will offer some reassurance to anyone who is in approval limbo.
I was approved on July 15th. I'm crossing my fingers that this means that once the biometrics are taken it should swiftly move to producing the card...

Great news from the hearing, The judge ordered USCIS to print EADs 7 days after they are approved.

There's an incoming mail today, it appears to be a new appointment letter (not the something like rescheduling notice, etc).
Apparently, the biometric appointment was scheduled to last Wednesday, and the **** ***** representative informed the wrong information.
She should confuse the notice date as the scheduled date.

I'm still waiting on biometrics appointment and/or EAD/AP approvals. Fingers crossed they'll come in this week maybe

The mail just came and Claudia's EAD and AP approval was there.
Nothing has updated online.
Still no biometrics appt.
I'll take this small victory.
For some reason, she received another copy of her SS card as well.
