Thank you, is it likely that the interview letters coming out next week will only be for people with early February CC dates? My CC was on the 21, when is it likely that I get an interview?

Are you reffering to the actual dimension, or just the size of the file in mb? if it is in mb i can help compress the file. or reccomend online platforms you can use to compress the file.

He is third party.  he files his tax returns jointly with His wife. His wife is not working. (0 income)

So one of my relative suggested that I must include His wife’s I864-a bcz they have joint tax return.

You do not need to submit his wife's I-864A as long as he meets the requirements.

I submitted, tax account transcripts, record of account transcripts and tax return transcripts along with the W2's. maybe including all that will help. I would include the licence as well if I were you, You never know what the person reviewing your case is thinking. best to give them all they could possibly ever need.

I will advice that you provide all documents that will help your case, it would not hurt to provide a letter as proof of self employment.

To be safe submit W2's and all Transcripts, it doesnt matter that they filled jointly.

What is your relationship with the joint sponsor? If the joint sponsor is a household member then you ''Add Household member'' otherwise add joint sponsor.

Did he fill out I-864 or I-864A? He is meant to fill out the I-864A I dont think his wife needs to fill out any form as long as his income is above the required income.

Your profile says you are filing for a K1 Visa, are you reffering to your wife or fiance? regarding the fact that your petitioner is currently not in employment, you will have to look for a joint sponsor.

I wish they didn’t change their hours. Takes them a whole week to respond to emails. 

Hopefully it would be sorted soonest.
