I had my interview today, and everything is approved thank God. The officer didn’t even ask for pictures of me and my wife (eventough I brought tons of pics and other paperwork). So everything went pretty easy. I was stressed out over nothing.
Now I can finally quit my job and cancel my rent, to be with my wife soon.

NOA2 was approved in february. Send all the DS260 paperworks and payments etc. Still no 'case completed' status and also still no interview scheduled. I'm running out of patience this is ridiculous

And still they say it's not good enough because it doesn't have the date of registration, only the date of birth. But that's how they issue it here.
 
My lawyer says I should send them a DNA test that is AABB certified. So that will be another 400 euros almost and another delay of a few months probably. Thanks USCIS for doing such a shitty job

So sorry for you man. Just like someone said before, maybe it’s too much pressure for you both at the moment. Give it time, or give eachother some space for a little while. If It really doesn’t work out, try to keep it civil. Your son needs you both in his life. Try to be coparents and try to live close to him eventough you miss your own country. It would be even worse if you’re in your own country far away from your son. Kids are everything, and are number 1 priority. I have 2 kids myself so I know. Peace
