Waking up on a rainy Sunday in Germany at 5 am never felt so good ..  WE'RE APPROVED ❤️ Beyond grateful to get our NOA2 so quickly, more than 2 months earlier than we hoped for when we filed in December. 
 
Here's the details:
Sent: Nov 30 
Received: Dec 5th
NOA1: Dec 10th
NOA2: April 8th (received hardcopy just now, April 13th in Hawaii)
And no, neither the old or new website nor the app has been updated at any point
 
Heading over to the NVC thread now, but definitely still going to hang out here as well to check on some of you lovely people who are still waiting! 
 
 
 

Yes it happens all the time use today's date as your birth date or another date that works  then explain it in the box and correct it in the box. I would have thought they would have fixed that by now.

My sweetheart in Ukraine says to remain positive.  The law of the universe, she says, will be guided by your mood.  In the U.S. we call this a 'self-fulfilling prophecy'.  So each time I curse the USCIS she wags her index finger at me.  🙂
 
As hard as it may be, you just need to keep your chin up and think positive.  I am the very LAST person who should be saying this to anyone.  I need to heed this advice.  It comes directly from my fiancee.
 
There's probably a few reasons why some countries take longer than others but some of it could be how quickly Ukraine authorities typically respond to inquiries (security checks, etc.).
 
I have been running some queries recently for ONLY Ukraine petitions.  From August 1 to present day, the average # of days to an NOA2 is roughly 149.  That's the average so some are less, some are more.  Only two have had RFEs.
 
My NOA1 'notice date' is 12/14/2018 so, between that date and today (and NOT counting today), it has been 119 days for us.  VJ guesstimates our petition could be adjudicated between yesterday and next Thursday (April 11 - 18).  COULD is the operative word.  I don't get the feeling VJ's range takes into consideration the beneficiary country because its range for us has yo yo'd back and forth while not many Ukraine petitions have been fully adjudicated over the last month or two.  So take VJ's suggested date range for what it's worth.
 
Based on the query numbers I've gotten for Ukraine, I think a better guesstimate for us might be May 13 - 17 and this is ONLY if we hit the average.  A RFE could blow that out of the water and make a better range sometime in June (which is what I was expecting back in December).
 
I realize we are at the point when it can happen anytime.  Today... next week... next month... June.  Hard to say.  Of course I hope we all get our NOA2s promptly.  🙂
 

Hello friends! I am so excited. My USPS Informed Delivery shows that I got a letter from USCIS. And the crazy thing is that juuuuust enough of the letter is showing through the address panel that I can see that my fiance and I were APPROVED! Woooooo! We are so so so excited. I'm actually visiting him in Argentina right now, and it was a thrilling piece of news to receive.
 
I probably won't know my official NOA2 date until I get back to the US and open the letter. (The websites aren't showing my approval yet.) So I'm going to assume my NOA2 date was Tuesday-ish, since I'm receiving the paper letter on a Friday. But of course I'll correct this date on VJ once I know the exact NOA2.

I have been following this thread since our submission in December and this morning got a text message stating there was an update to our case.  We where approved !
 
“Your case WACxxxxxxxxx is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov. *Msg and Data Rates May Apply.”

NOA2 April 5, 2019 ( per the online case status at www.uscis.gov.  
 
Wanted thank you all. Silent observer but everyone’s contribution has helped me a great deal to get through this and wanted  to do my part.

Hello all December 2018 filers.  I just discovered this thread this morning. Dec 14th NOA1 date and  112 days in. After reading others recent NOA2s,  its encouraging! When first applied we had agreed anything under 180 days was a blessing. Can't help but to admit I am checking the mail daily now.  Timeline here on VJ says April 15th-22nd. Hope we can get the POI by mid August for the K2 child's new school year? Good Luck to all.  Waiting to see the NOA2s popping!

Haha USCIS is funny.. we don't even have a received date on the new site, it simply says "we received your case and you don't have to do anything at this point" or something like that, old site looks like yours and says dec 5th, I refuse to think there's anything wrong  So on a more important notice: Congrats on your approval!!! That was super quick, nice to see that stuff is actually moving

Checked the old site expecting nothing, was approved today!  111 days, so happy!

Man I can't get over it approvals have been smoking October , November now December this is such good news for all of you. 120+ days approval times, that was unheard of back in May the norm then was 175+. Very good I'm happy for all of you and hope you all get through before this accelerated approval trend slows down again.

website still not updated.  Mail today 3/28, but date on letter is 3/22
