I’m sorry to call this what it is. You actually used her. For you to just want to leave the marriage after a year of having your citizenship and making more money, and for you to already be asking about a new wife and immigration for the new future spouse, you already had everything planned out. 

Not a good reason to already be already seeking out and planning to petition a new wife.  Loving spouses try to help each other during times of turmoil or stress.

I got a call from the US embassy today for an interview on September 4, this Friday! We are so excited since our original interview was cancelled in July due to Covid - one month later we finally got the interview appointment again  
 
We have a question on bringing the original I-864 to the interview : we could not find our original I-864 file nor did we make any copy before we submitted it to NVC.  What should we do?  Should I print out a new form and fill it out again?  What date should I put on the form?  And should I tell them we lost the original form?  We'd really appreciate some wisdom. Thanks everyone!

I pray this new month brings better possibilities and all embassies can reopen

I understand you perfectly. During this whole immigration process I’ve came through hell. Literally, this endless waiting game without any light in a tunnel destroyed my inner-self completely. 
But I believe and know, that everything will finish soon and all of us will finally be with our beloved spouses. Through hardships to the Stars. 😊

We also had a crazy fast turnaround.  Our last required docs were submitted on 28 May to NVC.  They were approved today, June 1st.
 
All that's left is to schedule the interview / Dr. apt with the Embassy.  "Hurry up and wait" comes to mind given the COVID ordeal and unknown date when interview services will open again in Tokyo.

Submitted all documents to the NVC on Tuesday,  and we received our email from the NVC today that we are now DQ'D! Awaiting our interview date! I'm so happy....... 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Uploaded everything At ceac for review. I can not wait to have everything back to normal. Now another waiting game. Good luck to everyone and hope their case is approved soon.

Submitted out docs (AOS and IV package) to NVC today. Another waiting game begins!!

We marked "Yes" on my wife's DS-260.  The SS card arrived 11 days after she entered the US.....It will have no impact on her visa.
