I think you are overthinking this.  My fiance has an interview in 12 hours.  We didn't prepare anything similar to items 2-9, nor were we requested to in our P3.  You will need Affidavit of Support items such as what is listed below.  Mileage may vary.
 
Affidavit of Support supporting documents are:
 
A. For Employed:
1) Copy of your 3 most recent tax returns (2015 2016 2017)
2) Copy of your W2's for each year (2015 2016 2017)
3) 5-6 of MONTHS of your most recent pay stubs
4) Letter from your Employer (stating your position held, salary rate, if permanent or temporary)
5) You can also include copies of your bank account statements (esp if you are self-employed)

We also had our case sent today to Sydney. 
 
Eagerly awaiting the packet 3 and 4, and then the interview. 
 
Only a few more steps left.

I got our case #!!!!! It was created yesterday - within 24 hours of it arriving at the NVC! Here's hoping our case ships to Montreal next week🤞

Yes I updated our email with the NVC ages ago. We have also called them ~ 6 times, most recently was late last night.
I sent an inquiry to USCIS this morning. Sending one to the NVC tomorrow if nothing still received tonight.

After asking yesterday about the estimated time it'll take for the London embassy to process my application, it's just switched from In-Transit to Ready today!!

Hey Congratulations! How did u check that the package left from NVC on January 15 cause the next shipment was supposed to be on 22nd or 23rd January. 

There are some cases that will ship separately from the rest and China is one of those consulates. Keep in mind it is not the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. It's every other week on T/W and yes next shipment is 22/23.

Congratulations! It seems you two have broken the pattern from NVC. I wish ours didn't have to wait until next week to ship out! 🙄

Hey everyone! Super stoked to let you guys know that we got our NVC case number assigned today (Jan 10th) with a NOA on Dec 18th

My case has finally been received by NVC. 
 
NOA2 December 13
Received by NVC January 10
 
NOA2-->NVC in 28 days
 
Here's to hoping they assign my case number and process it in time for the next batch sent to embassies the week of Jan 21.
