In my experience, almost all passport photo places can definitely produce passport pictures by American standards (5cmx5cm), you just let them know it's for an American visa and they will know what to do 

Your fiancee should call or email  the USA embassy in Philippines to find out if your case has transferred  to Manila yet. What interview location you wrote for her on I129F ? Actually, I'm not sure if she can have the interview in the other country. But if her daughter will apply k2 with her now,she needs to go to the interview with her mom. If not,she can apply k2 later

Should be the same receipt number to schedule the medical exam bcu her son is on the behafe of her. But you said you filed different i129F for them? Then they'll have different receipt numbers. This shouldn't happen. 

Why did you need to submit 2 seperate I-129F  for them?Her son is on the behafe of her. If you do this,then you'll have two epackage 3 notices from the USA consulate .I don't think it's necessary to have separate petitions.  The receipt numbers will be in the epackage 3 from the USA consulate in your fiance's country .That's what we do here. Your fiancee has gotten the letter or epackage 3 from the USA consulate ?

That sounds aweful ! Sorry for that! But what's the problem with the date of your divorce certificate? How can you fix it? I hope they give you approval after you send them what they ask for

I think your fiance needs to go on the website of the hospital he'll attend to have the medical exam also call them on the phone. Medical record is for he's used some medicine for a long time.So he will have it.If not, he might not need it. The doctor will decide if he needs to take any shots. I don't have any vaccination records so I'll take them all. I don't want to waste my time to wait the report then go back to take the shots later. Hope it help you. 😊
