  1. Ooh, that is good to know. I'm very tempted to get one of those. So far I started back with the crystals and that seems to be working better than that other brand.
  2. I'd scrap the Korea part of the trip. She said she didn't need a visa and she was wrong. It is to much of a risk and you might lose the whole trip.
  3. I wish I could help more, main reason I moved your thread. You're going to need answers from members who know the PI. If that is was DSWD says they may be the place to ask.
  4. ~~Moved to the PI regional forum, from K1 P&P - as the OP is asking country specific questions~~
  5. You will need the mother's death certificate.
  6. ~~Moved to IR1/CR1 P&P, from Bringing Family of USC - as spousal visas are discussed here.~~
  7. ~~Thread locked to further replies. The OP has been able to resolve the issue. Please see the updates in how it was done.~~
  8. Yes apply with maiden name don't confuse SSC personnel it won't hurt anything with AOS by not telling SSC.
  9. ~~Related threads merged. Please keep additional or related questions to one thread.~~
  10. ~~MOved to Tourist Visas, from Bringing Family of PR- the OP is asking about inlaws visiting.~~
  11. The only dumb question is the one never asked. WIth you just starting the K1 in July there is zero harm starting over other then the wait time also starting over. Three months since you filed is nothing. How fast can the two of you get married? As that is the first thing before you can start the CR1.
  12. You are at risk of losing your ODSP. YOu are traveling way too much and are also at risk of being denied entry with all the visits. You are already on their radar and returning so soon after just being in the US is a good way to be banned from reentry, not just denied but banned. How much do you want to roll the dice? You have ODSP on the line and your ability for future travel to the US.
  13. Expedites are usually only looked at when it concerns the USC not the foreign fiance.
  14. ~~moved to US Citizenship General Discussion, from Bring Family of PR- the topic of N600 is discussed here.~~
  15. ~~MOved to General Immigration Discussion as this turned out to not only discussing attorney fees for N400 but for all processes.~~
  16. ~~Moved to General Immigration Discussion, from Bringing Family of USC - as the OP 's mom is in the US.~~
  17. Ah that must be why I get sick if mold is a vegetable. I hate veggies.
  18. OMG that would put me in the hospital. I started developing stomach problems because we has a crappy fridge. It felt cold but turned out it had not been keeping food safe. I ended up with all sorts or tests just to find out it was our Samsuck. I think pizza has this ability to stay good. Don't know how but it seems many ppl can do this.
  19. Exactly. In Arkansas you fill out the marriage license with your name at the time as that is who you are. Your not married yet so for most it is in the maiden name. Once you bring back that marriage license they fill out the bottom and you walk out with your certificate. You can start using your new last name.
  20. ~~Thread moved to SSN from Bringing Family of PR - As the OP's daughter is in the US and she is asking about SSN's~~
  21. ~~Moved to General Immigration Discussion, from AOS Family from K1/K3- This thread is a good warning for all members.~~
  22. I don't think it would hold up very well in the mail.
  23. Na I just don't like getting too much at once. This way I get to go back up a few times to get something new. Plus I like steak cooked at home better
