    If a doctor will not mark it off as contraindicated then it is a moral issue. It is your health and you will not allow a vaccine to further harm you.

    Even a K1 in Canada needs to have all vaccines or they will not release the medical. The OP needs to find a Canadian doctor who will actually speak out about COvid which is going to be very hard in Canada. They are still pushing and punishing those for anything Covid related. @nomororo Personally I would get all your medical records take them to the Panel physician and give him all the information about what the vaccine did to you. Hopefully he will just mark it as contraindicated. If not you will have to go the waiver route.

    I haven't see4n anyone personally from Montreal. Some of the High fraud countries yes for sure.

    I don't think anyone was lying or making things up. It is quiet possible they had new CO's or all had the same one. Montreal has been pretty out of the box compared to other consulates. If they were transferred to Montreal more recently they might have been used to different procedures. But really who the heck knows what is going on there from one minute to the next.

    Same thing here, it's nuts. Another reason I'm glad we homeschool them. The Tornado doesn't get up until noon most days. I was told some BS story about it is because or working parents. Which is total BS because most still have to use before and aftercare since school still doesn't match up to working hours. Back home they had a high school that did not start until 10am and there was still wiggle room depending on certain classes.

    If your ex wife sent something in, they will not release it to you as it is her letter/form/paper. Second if you're worried about what she may have sent them, then you're going to have to own up to it if they ask. Thirdly, anytime someone gains immigration benefits from a spouse they can and often do ask whatever they feel like asking and you are to answer truthfully.

    Both of my boys used the fee waiver. They were on track with everyone else's case when I tracked it. They were both approved for the fee waiver 100%.

    The issue comes from SS personnel not knowing how to process the application once married. Some think getting married voids the visa and the status. Some try to run it under the new married name and that causes issues because the name has to match the visa to be found. Once they start giving you a hard time about it it is almost next to impossible to have them see it a different way. It is easiest and safest to do so before marriage. Another option is to not mention if you married at the time of applying and confusing the SS personnel. Which will also help avoid going to different locations to get someone new and trying again.

    I doubt it would be approved that fast. But stranger things have happened. Could the aos be delayed at all? I would worry because this is work sponsor AOS that they could refuse later down the road to sponsor you again. The costs have gone up and they may feel you blew their money away once already. Nothing is guaranteed.

    Yes, you will have to cross the border to get your visa endorsed before the visa expires. You can return to Canada right away, no need to wait for the GC. No need to mention that you are returning to Canada right away, unless they ask. Then you just explain you are going back to collect the rest of your things. Just do not make it sounds like you're not moving yet. It is normally not an issue. Only once in all my years on VJ did I see someone be turned away and told not to enter until she was ready to move.
