Did you file an e-request?  I believe I have an extension letter already from NBC but am on vacation.  I submitted an request after not receiving anything in 30 days.

Just a quick update, our check has still not been cashed  Hubby called USCIS yesterday and they said they can't find anything in their system regarding our packet and told him to continue waiting for the 30 days. They also said that if the packet is rejected, once they send it out we should receive it in 2 weeks. I'm praying we'll know something next week. I'm tired of feeling like an anxious bundle of nerves lol

Received my 18 month extension! Woohooo.

Just a quick update for my case.. 
 
01-28-2018: sent i-175 packet 
02-01-2018 case received with EAC receipt number 
02-13-2018 received extension letter via mail
 
 

I just received a text message from USCIS with the following message "Your case was received. Receipt #EACxxxxxxxx. Official receipt notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail". I guess my case was transferred to Vermont Service Center.
 
Timeline:
Jan 26, 2019: ROC window opened
Feb 06, 2019: ROC application sent to Lewisville, TX
Feb 08, 2019: ROC reached USCIS office
Feb 13, 2019: Text message received with receipt # EACxxxxxxxxx

Just got a call from USCIS that they will send duplicate notice. As someone reported, there was issue with Texas Lockbox and notices were not printed for some time.
Got an email
 
"We are pleased we could assist you with your request today via telephone. As discussed in our conversation, a request was submitted on February 11, 2019 for a copy of your receipt notice. The Texas Service Center will respond to the inquiry on or before February 26, 2019."
 
FYI,for me the call came from New York number. So if you have been ignoring spam calls like me, it is good idea to pick calls from other cities as well.

I'm not sure. I think we were suppose to get NOA before biometrics but it was just never mailed. But after is fine too, just as long as we get the NOA 😀 Good luck!!

Without the stamp on your extension? 
That does not make sense at all. When you get the stamp for 12 months then the extension letter is no longer valid. 
 
You are over reacting here. You will be just fine traveling with the Green card and the original extension letter. The people at the boarder know exactly what that is. 

Infopass is shut down but getting a passport stamped is not infopass, it’s considered “document services” and it’s not shut down. You just gotta call the service line to get the appointment.
although if you have an extension, they will most likely refuse to give you an appointment for a stamp.
there are just as many stories about people who have stamp but don’t have an extension letter that officers and airport workers aren’t trained blah blah blah. Stamps are actually way less common than extension letters so please breath and stop panicking, you’ll be just fine. It’s not risky to travel without the stamp if you have your GC and extension letter.

yes I received my receipt notice. but some of the officers on airlines or at the boarder are not trained . so just having an extension letter without stamp will be a trouble. recently some people were stuck overseas and cannot get into the US , or had difficulties to get back to the US.
Infopass is completely shut down. USCIS sent a notice to the officers saying that the extension letter is enough. but USCIS is not the one controlling the boardere, and at the boarder or airline everything depends on the officer, and they can simply say we dont accept the extension without stamp.
 and it is risky to travel with the extension without the stamp.

Finally got my NOA today. It seems it was the e-request I made that did the trick.

Our package was received on January 15 and we've had that message for a while. I think our NOA was never sent, so I'll be submitting an e-request when 30 days is up. BUT, we got the biometrics letter today dated a few days ago and my husband's appointment is February 20.

I filed a non-delivery last Friday when 30days was up. Haven't heard anything just yet. My case was received Jan 9 and also EAC.

On January 15th. Online it just says the typical received and that we don't have to do anything. But it also says that something was mailed and we didn't get anything dated around then so idk. First time we received something was today. Idk if I missed something else? Never received the extension letter. 😌 But biometrics is still a good sign.

Okay so update: it was a biometrics appointment for the 20th that came in the mail today.

Hi NYC/EAC Vermont early Jan filers ...anybody got any luck with the NOA yet. I got an email stating they will send a duplicate. I also did my bio and strangely the regular uscis case status page is working for me and say fingerprint review is complete etc. hope to receive NOA soon

There is a way to get it stamped. You call the service line, get to a person, explain your situation and get an appointment to get your passport stamped. People will
always need these stamps for one reason or another so they aren’t just going to stop doing it.

I just talked to my lawyer. they shut down Infopass. there is no way to get it stamped. 
he said some people who already traveled without stamp are stuck overseas and encountered some problem getting into the US.

Had my COMBO interview today. Pretty nice officer and was quite thorough. IO Collected Updated Documents from me to prove ongoing marriage and told me that i would not receive new green card.

Got all 6 correct but still got a "decision could not be made" which was the first thing IO said to us when IO called us in for the interview because of my pending ROC.
