I should be an October filer, but I think I filed early and my package was returned back to me (I think 3 days over the 90 days allowed). I quickly filed again.
Timeline:
09/28/2020: Sent 1st package for I-751
10/2/2020: Lockbox received 1st package for I-751
10/28/2020: 1st package for I-751 returned back with a notice that I filed too early.
10/31/2020: Sent 2nd package for I-751
11/04/2020: Arizona lockbox received 2nd package for I-751
12/08/2020: My Credit card was charged $680 USCIS (PHOENIX LOCKBOX) on 12/08/2020.
Hang in there and expect good news anytime from now. I was planning to call them this morning 12/09/2020 as suggested by someone on this forum, but something just pushed me to check my credit card balance...and I got the good news. I will wait for the NOA. Best of luck guys, you will hear the good news very soon.

Finally some good news for late October and November filers. My credit card was charged $680 today (12/04/2020) at 9:17 PM CST.
Received date: 11/02/2020
I will call USCIS next week to get the receipt number. Hopefully they should be able to provide it. And I hope I will receive the NOA in mail before Christmas.
Good luck everyone!

psgma got a reaction from Locito in Question about expiring green card (I-551)
At the time of filing, you will need to submit One lump payment sum of $680 for the I-751 and biometric fees. Yes, Supporting evidence can be any documents that shows co-habitation, commingled finances, child, bills, joint health insurance, 401K, joint lease agreement, homeownership etc....
Depend on when you choose to file the application, make sure you check the fees and the date of the forms before sending your application.

I would try to contact the lockbox. If you have enough patience, you can contact them via email too.

Mine was received on the 16th too. Still nada from USCIS. Let’s hope they start working on the November files soon. As of now, it looks like they are still on vacation 😂😂

Hi all,
Update to my case. I had my naturalization (combo) interview today. Went with my wife and daughter. Checked in and waited for my name to be called. When all of us started to go in the interview officer said to my wife that she didn’t need to come. We believe you’re married and laughed. So it was just me. He went straight into civics questions. After those were done he went into some routine questions from the application and then approved me. No 751 questions at all.
To top it all off I had my oath ceremony there itself in 15/20 mins.
Was in and out in less than an hour with naturalization certificate in hand.
Good luck to everyone still waiting. Hope your interviews go as smoothly as mine did.

Hi Guys!! had our interview on the 10th and we were approved on the spot! Our interview went very nice. The officer asked several questions:
Tell me about how you guys met ? When where and why?
Have you met each other's family? Do our mothers get along?
how many kids do you have? were you married before? and she went into detail on my husbands kid, how old? does he see him? where does he live? does he provide child support? hows hes relationship with the mother?
The no questions on the i-485
She requested proof of relationship: We handed her all bills (Rental agreement, electric and gas, water, trash, sewer, bank account, life, dental, health, vision, car insurance, and car registration. and she reviewed them asked if we had anything else...and we handed her all of our amusement park passes( disney, six flags, universal studios, and seaworld) with that she kind of smiled and brought out the conversation about the parks.
and she hit us with a curb ball and started to talk about my past immigration incidents I had which caught me by surprise and she saw my expression and said" what? your husband doesn't know?" I said yes he does just didn't know that was going to be brought up and she asked my husband if he knew and what were the incidents. My husband responded
After she started to explained how to remove the condition on the green card and that in 2022 my husband could apply to become a US citizen. and my husband asked " we are approved then?" she said yes and told us to expect the green card within 3 weeks. She also said not to cross the border or travel until he had the green card in he's hand. because EAD/AP are no longer valid because hes status changed.
and on the 16th card was picked up by usps and will be arriving here today according to the tracking
Thank you all for traveling this journey with us!! and good luck!!

As you mentioned, the glitch is most likely caused by the update that they performed last night. I'm sure they will fix that soon.

I think it's a glitch. I haven't been able to check my cases either and kept receiving the same msg. Nothing to worry about. Check back later!

psgma got a reaction from Wuozopo in RFE on I-131 application - USCIS think I left the USA
I would send them the I-94 record with the travel history
Copy of the canceled flight (including the receipt/ transaction of the refund on your bank statement for that month)
If you happened to buy anything on that date, i would also show them the receipt
and finally a picture of you holding the RFE letter 😂 in disbelief
