In a surprising turn of events as I thought my I-751 was on hold due to my N-400, my I-751 was approved this morning! Worth noting that I called USCIS repeatedly this week as my ADIT stamp is expiring. Did it have an impact? Maybe, or maybe it’s just a coincidence. 
 
regardless, given that my interview for my N-400 was cancelled due to COVID and that I am in the Manhattan office, i am glad to finally have a proof of status that will last throughout this crisis!

GOOD NEWS! So couple of minutes after pouring my frustrations out about how this process doesn’t seem to end for me, I checked my cases status it said I my Notice of oath ceremony has been mailed. I didn’t get to to see the date at the moment so I called the 1-800.... number and the rep told me I have been scheduled for July 21st at 9am at the Chicago USCIS Office (Ida B Wells).  I had to Waive the name change i initially requested in order to get this done faster. I didn’t want to wait any longer for a judicial oath swearing for a name change. I can always do that after my first passport expires and I want to do a renewal, by then all this craziness and unending wait is over.

We left at 730 for 9am Oath. Got there like 7:50. He was out by 9:22. Took a million pics with the sign. Hubby felt his outfit needed changing so we ran home he changed and we went back at 10:15am for more pics.
 
I feel like I just finished a modeling photoshoot.

My wife just got done with the interview today.  According to her there were only few people waiting in the wait area.  All finished within 10 min she walked into the interview room and oath was scheduled for the following week.  She was told that automated email would be sent with date/time later, but she asked for a manually override date/time slot and the interviewer kindly gave her few choices.  So she picked the earliest available date/time which is for the next week.

No call. Interview notice was uploaded in my online account under documents. Hope you hear from them soon.

Yes!!! We’re so relieved now!!! This forum help us it since the ROC which was another Pain!!! But finally we can say it! We’re finished! Good luck again 

Just got a text/sms saying my case is updated, when i verified on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus it says oath ceremony notice mailed, but nothing is updated on my-account uscis page. So I guess I need to wait for sometime before it gets updated on myaccount page. Keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Chicago filer here and interview was cleared in the first week of March. 

So i just logged on this morning and found they scheduled oath on july 1. Did not get an email or anything. They scheduled it for the end of the month.

My interview has been rescheduled for 7/17/20, glad to see some movement. Baltimore MD office.

Hello! I received a call from USCIS this morning! My Oath Ceremony has been scheduled for June 17, 2020 in Orlando, FL!

Everyday I don’t hear something I’m happy

IKR. My husband keeps calling "have they cancelled yet is Houston all shut down. I said we will be there 9am on the 8th ya hear me.
 
 

Update on my story: today I received a call from USCIS. The officer was very nice and sounded informed about my case.  I mentioned that my DL is expiring and DMV will not give me a new one unless I prove my residence. She scheduled an info pass. I suggest calling, and if the customer service reps are not helpful,  try to get a tier 2 officer. Good  luck!

USCIS just tweeted the below about an hour ago. I am most excited about the public services part. Things are hopefully starting to move faster soon!
 
Most of our field offices have reopened for public services & #naturalization ceremonies. In Fresno, #California candidates recited the Oath of Allegiance while in their vehicle, following our new safety precautions. Congrats to these #NewUSCitizens!
 

My drive thru oath ceremony lasted 3 minutes, it was so fast i didnt realize i was done lol, i got my certificate same day finally done with this journey thank you for all supports in this forum

So sorry. Hope you are rescheduling quickly.  I still would show up on the date with letter. You never know.
 
I just want July 8th to hurry and come before Houston shuts down again.

Finally!!! Done with the Oath ceremony today at the Fairfax office, VA and officially a US citizen now!! Hurray!!
my visa journey started in 2015 May and it finished today!
