before expiration in 2019 i sent a certain amount of money to USCIS they sent me extension of 18th(unsure if that is removal of condition). do u know the correct process?

Yes. Some are different as @Misscloud said.
 
The Process for those countries is about 10 to 12 years 

he asked me why we got married so fast....simple we were in love....and until today it's sad that legit things are taken for granted... i just hope that god shows us a way that we can reunite again.  we would not waste so much money for all this papers and travelling if we are not serious....sad....honestly..but yeah...

No. Just your petition.  Then it is transferred to national Visa center.  You pay fees, submit more papers then wait for interview.  
You need to familiarize yourself with the process.  Reading the guides is a good start. 

If you received noa2 you are done with that part. 
 
Just for your knowledge it should mean 50% of petitions will be done within the first number and 95% by the second number of months.
