hi everyone..

Just a quick question. Has anayone recently petitioned an unmarried child to the US from Malaysia? Roughly how long does the process take and I am a green card holder. I came here on a CR1 visa in 2019. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

u mean mexico...china...india faster? hmmmm...so Malaysia 7 years...sad...but thank u

Malaysia is in the fastest grouping for this age group. (You may have been thinking of under 21s, who are much faster.)

If you had filed as soon as you immigrated in 2019 you could already have 3 years of the wait time past, I’d suggest you don’t delay any longer and file ASAP.

I am asking for a child over the age of 21 though. Thank you so much
