I just want to say I love following this thread and seeing all the approvals...keeps me encouraged, and I think of all the emotions we have all gone through since September / October!

Other people can assist you with your visa application. Note that under U.S. law (22 C.F.R. 41.103) you must electronically sign and submit your own application unless you qualify for an exemption. Even if someone else helped you complete the application, you (the applicant) must click the “Sign Application” button, or your application may not be accepted.
 

For that I called my lawyer just now and was told that it's not a problem at all. My fiancee called Moscow Embassy one more time and they confirmed that it is fine as well.
All Embassy calls are recorded,so I doubt they will say false info,what do you think?

Fiancé had his interview on Tuesday and today CEAC status says ISSUED!!  Oh my gosh, this is so exciting!!!  It’s getting real, y’all!

As we all know, some days the frustrations comes because we aren't sitting together fill out this paperwork out together. Makes me wish i had that private jet or teleportation would be even better. HAHA. Sounds crazy but I will be thankful that for the AOS and thereafter we are filling forms out together side by side! 

I wouldn't worry too much about it but yes, recording the messages with selfies of yourself will make it stronger. I agree with that! Good luck hunny!

If you have the IRS tax transcript the w-2 is not required but each Embassy and CO is different in what they require. Just saying.

Nope. Not needed and not asked for. Rule of thumb; if it is not listed on the official notice of what documents the Embassy requires it's not needed.

Thanks so much!  After months and months of waiting, I can’t believe it’s finally happening.
 
I’ll be crossing all fingers and toes for you guys but seriously, it’s the the wait that’s the worst part.  I know it’s easier said than done, especially speaking in hindsight, but don’t let yourselves stress over it too much.  Girl, my nerves were absolutely frazzled and my poor honey had to deal with my rollercoaster emotions because of it.  Lol  After the initial tears of joy at the Embassy, I was nearly reduced to tears again as I apologised and begged forgiveness from my sweet, understanding, and incredibly patient fiancé for having to put up with me during these past few weeks.  He’s the calm and sensible manly type while I’m the girly, sensitive, emotional mess that legit ugly cries everytime Bambi’s mom dies in the movie.  Yes, that’s me.  God help him.  

I checked CEAC tonight just out of curiosity not expecting anything and after 15 days our status finally changed from "in transit" to "READY"! That's such a huge relief and weight off my shoulders.

I'd like to leave their names out of this. Chances that your case has the same topic is slim. Its safe to say that she answered the CO question. Paused and went into more details then she had to say. It was those details, that weren't asked by the CO, that got her in trouble. 
 
Just keep your answers short an to the point of just answering your CO's questions. 
 
They are trained to uncover the truth behind the answer.

Thanks ! Yeah most airlines offer travel insurance for full cancellations up to 48 hours before the flight  

We were exactly the same with the flight but my fiancé did put his notice in at work a few weeks ago because he had to give 30 days notice.  It was risky move and one we were reeeally nervous about but thankfully it worked out ok!     We just booked his flight today and he’ll be flying in on the 11th which is less than a week after me!  Eeek, I can’t wait!  

Every Embassy states the following:
 
Do not finalize arrangements for travel to the United States, dispose of property, or resign from your job until a visa has been issued and delivered to you. Generally, a single-entry fiancé(e) (K1) nonimmigrant visa is valid for six months from the date of issuance, unless its validity is limited by medical or other restrictions.
 
It has been my experience that things can go wrong at the interview or after causing delays. Hence you may want to rethink your strategy.

Fiancee,called and scheduled Medical for June,5 in Moscow. Ain't that bad. At least we know dates now (no mystery).Consulate in Moscow confirmed they had our case,as well as emails. Waiting for email instructions. Meantime paying visa fees and submitting DS160. So excited,can't wait for the moment - when interview is the only step that is left.

And June.. don't forget us Junie's!
 
We're marked as READY today at CEAC! Alex's medical is scheduled for June 20!!
