  1. Other topics with the same question deleted. Don't open new threads with the same question - keep it all in the same topic or admin action will be taken.
  2. Lots of red flags. Large age difference. Unauthorized work. Why is it unauthorized? Is she on an actual student visa (F1) or did she do a change of status from tourist visa to attend college and can't leave country without having to go to Bogota and get a real F1 issued? Oh and USCIS does take fraud marriages seriously so think twice before going down that path.
  3. What are you confused about? Make an account on IRS.gov, download your tax return transcripts, print them and bring them to your interview. Took me a total of under 15 minutes to get mine the other week.
  4. With this set of circumstances you should be able to only have mom's income qualify for I-134/I-864 but they could come back to you and ask for dad's income too as he's a member of household.
  5. For starters, don't try to claim child as your own as that will not end well. So she shouldn't list your last name on BC. Get the father unknown BC and then K-2. She'll have to figure out the passport for the child - hire a local lawyer knowledgeable in these things - I'm sure the lawyer can research the local laws for parentage and passport issues.
  6. No medicals needed for tourist visas.
  7. OP is trying to get Chinese visa, not US visa.
  8. Odd question. You should be able to provide samples of the work you've done and also to do any task-based test (if that's part of screening process).
  9. Correct. If you have pictures with the child - like all three of you together, add it in but not required.
  10. Yes, you need to show the connection - that would be via marriage certificate.
  11. No reason to panic. Medical exam will only be approved after they've received all the info. Consular will extend the validity of I-129f by default.

    Insurance

That's something to get in the home country where the visitor is coming from. It's called traveler's insurance.
  13. No problem to enter but expect a call from local health department after you've arrived to your new place of living. Follow their instructions.
  14. Top of the page - guides. Where is the fiance from? What are your plans for work for yourself and your fiance including healthcare?
  15. There will be nothing you need to provide for her prior stay in the US - just the Japan police/court certificate - whatever the requirements are for that consulate.
  16. There's also the senator's immigration aide route - he should explore that too.
  17. It seems you've completed at least a year of home residency. Has your husband filed an I-130 for you? Problem with HRR is you can't adjust from ESTA without the HRR waiver in place. I'd have the husband reach out to his congressional/senate rep to ask State Department about the status of waiver (like today). If not done yet, you may have to go to your ESTA home country and wait out the process there as it seems that you're not willing to go back to West Bank. If waiver approved, AOS.
  18. And topic locked. OP got the answers (even if they weren't to his liking). Do not restart the thread.
