    When in doubt go with what the I-751 instructions say (uscis.gov/I-751): If you have dependent children who acquired conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, then include the names and Alien Registration Numbers (A-Numbers) of these children in Part 5. of Form I-751 in order to request that the conditions on their status be removed as well. If you have dependent children who did not acquire conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, or if the conditional resident parent is deceased, then those dependent children must each file Form I-751 separately to have the conditions on their status removed.

    The matter of what's sufficient when it comes to finances is something that your future university will decide on - in the form of the DS-2019. After you get that form is when you can schedule your student visa appointment. Which embassy will you interview at?

    Once interview scheduled, print the missing info and submit it to the officer at interview - they'll also go over all the questions in the application and ask if you have any edits - that's the time to say you forgot to list employment. You can also see if you can attach the same paperwork if you did an online application.

    It's form Ds-11. Complete it and bring it with you (plus pic of baby) - do NOT sign it until consular officer says to do so.

    So you DON'T have an unrestricted SSN card. You won't be able to use DL and SS card as it has the restriction on it - you need to remove the restriction from SS card.

    Why not involve your congressional representative's federal agencies liaison? They have direct line of communication with USCIS. Find who your representatives are, get their phone number or address, go there with a signed privacy release form and any and all paperwork from USCIS.

    Well it's pretty easy - either she gets on the plane and you then provide proof she's in the US like an ATM receipt, purchase of something, medical appointment, voter card, or she shows evidence that's she's already looking for a job in the US (has an interview lined up for a certain date), has packed out and given notice at her current residence, has gotten quotes from movers to move what she's accumulated to the US...

    We had warnings about leishmaniasis when we were in Africa - as in don't swim in rivers and similar. For leishmaniasis there's a youtube video of a US travel blogger who went to Amazon and got bitten and of course local doctors were stumped, stumped I tell you. He ended up going to NIH for full diagnosis and start of treatment though if I remember correctly he was told to go back to South America as they're more well versed in treatments available than in the US.

    Has she completed biometrics? It could be they decided to approve without an interview. You could try contacting tier 2 support to ask for more details.

    This one would definitely work for early appointment expedite. You can request it yourself after you pick a date that's available (even if months later), or you can go through your congressional representative(s) for it. In either case, you have to have an existing appointment (sounds like you have one already) but as circumstances have changed you're now requesting an earlier appointment for medical testing purposes. Your congressional representative can work for you - you just provide as much information as possible to make it easy on all sides. Good luck!

    Joint sponsor only makes $27k? No wonder they turned that one down. You need someone who's comfortably above poverty line. Doesn't help that your wife is not working and on disability.

    Looks like they believe you'd become public charge and are asking for joint sponsor. What does your wife make currently? You mentioned her illness, is she not working and on SSI SSDI? Morocco can be tough.

    They're not going to issue you a visa with such a clear intention of not returning to your home country.

    Well for starters, only the intending immigrant - your wife - would be allowed in. That means if you're coming with your wife and baby, make plans how to fill your and your baby's time while your wife is in the consular section. The following persons may accompany a visa applicant to their interview: Applicants may bring ONE interpreter if they do not speak English or Vietnamese well enough to participate in an interview. Applicants may bring ONE person to help if they are elderly, disabled, or a minor child.
