  1. I still think you're good and will get there after the AP is over.
  2. Ok with this background info sounds like your interview went fine and they just wanted those money transfer receipts - I really don't see anything that was bad. Did they keep your passport?
  3. You didn't fill out your timeline, no location given, no background given. We can't provide input if you don't provide info. USC - petitioner - older than you? How did you meet? Where? You as beneficiary - background info, education/employment? Things that are different - religion, prior marriages?
  4. I'd divorce - why are you still married to her?
  5. Won't work - overstay is not forgiven in employment based cases AND you'd have to interview at an embassy overseas - that plus you will get a ban for 10 years. Your only option is the USC child - when they reach 21 and can petition for you.
  6. https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts The one from Aug 1 - if you click on the links - updated Aug 4. Plus: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/green-card-applicants-immigrants-removal-proceedings-uscis-rcna223099
  7. Not a law but there was a recent (as in yesterday) USCIS notice on changes where they can haul you away while you're undergoing AOS - guessing from not a K-1 visa.
  8. I'd get updated I-864 as well as medical exam as it's been three years.
  9. Well by default you can only petition for someone you have a relationship with - your sibling. The fact that F4 also allows her family members (spouse, children under 21) doesn't mean you're petitioning them - they're derivatives of her petition.
  10. Well it's well into 2025 - you should be ready to be asked for 2024 taxes as well and have those ready.
  11. You should look up long-term stay hotels in the area you're planning to move to and start from there - lease or booking. I think for DS-260 if you don't yet have exact address is fine but you'll want to have one once you enter (or before if you do USCIS payment for green card before entry) so your green card can be delivered - USPS rents post office boxes and you get a physical address to use, other places do to - I'm just mentioning USPS as they deliver green cards.
  12. What seems to be the issue? Per the message, your sponsor doesn't seem to earn enough to sponsor you - find a joint sponsor, have them complete full I-864 (proof of employment, tax returns, proof of being a USC or LPR) and attach in CEAC before your interview.
  13. Tell the fiancé to look up dr. William Makis substack and start taking what he gives to the cancer patients - works on many different cancers including pancreatic. K-1 visa wise - others have covered it all.
  14. The OP is a USC, the husband is an immigrant. He should be packing up and leaving, not her.
  15. No, you can have titers done. Or you can go back to your physician to issue another record of vaccines.
  16. In this case you'd definitely want spousal visa as that's exempt from the ban.
  17. Walk away - you really want to be with someone who's threating you and your family and breaks down doors? Where's he from that he doesn't speak not a lick of English and what did he expect to find work wise with role in IT - that's also heavily English based. You may be stuck with him finance wise if he gets support from the government as you're his petitioner/sponsor but if the green card is not in you could try to pull I-864 by writing to USCIS.
  18. No, I-90 is wrong. You need to file form I-751 jointly and provide evidence as listed in the instructions. Look up form I-751 on uscis.gov and it's accompanying instructions form. ~Topic moved to Removing conditions forum. ~
  19. She was also part of shots heard group: https://www.brokentruth.tv/p/shots-heard-alumnus-dr-christina Good for the practice to fire her.
  20. I doubt her spouse qualifies as you need $33,312 for household of 3 at 125% poverty level. I honestly don't know how a family of 3 can survive on that. Joint sponsor needed. And probably going over all applications with fine toothed comb so it's not denied again - how do you have money to pay another set of fees and below poverty line?
  21. Try your elected official - it's a federal service so a senator or your congressman.
  22. Well you've just hit new user post limit so you'll have to wait until tomorrow to add more replies. Again, answer the questions asked - did you get married? Did you file AOS? May want to proactively reach out to Montreal about reissuance IF you DID NOT GET MARRIED before departure from the US.
  23. Well why don't you go try it out and see what happens then? And do answer other questions asked as that will determine your possibilites.
