    ‘Sup Kabayans! 😂

i have USPS informed delivery on, and i have received an E-mail showing that USCIS sent me my Biometrics appointment last week Monday.. unfortunately it still has not arrived yet, and probably got lost in the mail.. ☹️

Had to wait a few days (30 days since they received my application) ‘til i could file a case inquiry of “Non delivery of notice” at the USCIS website. (They don’t accept any case inquiries that are less than 30 days old) they responded today via e-mail saying that my AOS application is pending interview.. but nothing about the missing notices in the mail 🤔

    Kabayan, kumusta? ☺️

Pending interview is good news! I’m a bit confused how it skipped biometrics? I hope you get these notices soon as these are important.

I just turned informed delivery yesterday after I read about it on here. Still didn’t get the I-131 NOA1. I submitted a non delivery notice also but haven’t heard from them. As for my biometrics, @chxakx informed me of the ASC closing due to Covid-19. So I’d have to wait for another notice for the new schedule. 😓

I’m good! How about you? Hindi ako sure if may rule na dapat English lang dito 😅

I saw on a Facebook post that they’re closed until April 7th and might extend further (https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/uscis-response-coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19). Hopefully process will be smooth (and quick). I’m in WI. And thank you, it means a lot! If yours will get rescheduled, I hope it won’t take too long.

Thank  you so much for this. I was confident they would be open on the 1st. 😓Thank God for you. So, do I need to call or should I just wait for the new schedule in the mail?

Hoping to get my biometrics notice soon as well. With what’s happening, I’m expecting delays but hoping and praying it won’t be too delayed. Best of luck on yours! ♥️ I just noticed you’re from the 🇵🇭 too. 😅

Hope you’ll hear from them soon. If it helps, my received date was the date it was delivered. But my notice date is March 18. So I assume they’re just trying to go through everything submitted before the 24th.

Yes I am! 😊 kumusta? I checked mail today and still didn’t get that letter. Btw, I’m  in MO. My biometrics will be at St. Louis ASC April 1st. I’m unsure if they’d be open. Which state are you in?

I also agree with you, a lot must have rushed to file before the 24th just like I did lol so they’re going through all that pile. Hoping your biometrics notice  will be in the mail soon!

Sent my packet on 02/20 and finally got my NOA for all three today! Thank God! I was worried because I just received text notifications on 03/19 for I-131 at 23:20 and on 03/20 at 03:12 for I-485 but none for I-765.

Stay safe, everyone. God bless us ♥️

Congratulations! I filed same date, too! Received sms receipt notices for all 3 but only got 2 in the mail. I didn’t receive the notice for I-131 yet 😔

No biometrics for the AP since it's a combo card with the EAD. Though there is something weird going on with appointments for AP after the other one was already done but I still wouldn't expect that as normal. You still should get a NOA1 for the AP. Wait 30 days and then inquire about not getting it

Okay, I’ll contact them if I still don’t have it this week. Thank you! :)

  6. Hi! I filed AOS, EAD and TD last 02/20/20 and recieved notices for both AOS AND EAD 03/12/20 but I somehow haven’t gotten one for the TD up to today. I did receive another letter for biometrics scheduled on 04/01/20 for both AOD and EAD yet still no notice for the TD. Is this normal? I did receive text messages that they received the 3. Should I also be receiving a separate biometrics appointment for the TD?

honestly my friend had the same issue.  His tax reflects his old job income and even though his new job income is way better AND he filed may 2019 after he filed his taxes(which includes his old job and new job) but they still didnt accept it, weird!! I think he had to work a full year in the new job or something before they really look at it, i dunno. he had to add a sponsor at the end for it to go through. if you can find a sponsor, it's better.

in the end you can do what my friend did file anyways and if they send you an RFE about it, just have a sponsor ready to submit.

Send paystubs along with the tax transcript. At least 3-6 months

@Lebanese23That really worries me beacuse I might be having difficulty with getting a co-sponsor. I might as well just file now though just like your friend did, take what  @Zach2015 has suggested on the paystubs and wait. Hopefully the employee certification would help back this up. I really appreciate you guys' help. Thank you so much.

  8. Hi great people of VJ. I am about to file for AOS. It has been a year after I got here on a k1. I have a question regarding Form I-864. we dont have children so our income requirement would be  $21,137 - 125% of the federal poverty guide line. In his latest transcript, the income was less than that amount. We are currently renting, no other assets aside his two cars. one car is a 1990 corvette but would not suffice required value of assets which is  3x the difference between income req. and his last year's income stated in the IRS transcript. he just got a new job last February this year that pays higher than previous which could meet the $21,137 income requirement. Do I have to wait till he files tax and wait for the new IRS that would reflect better income digits? We have secured employment letter from his work. I feel so dumb . I would greatly appreciate your help on this

  9. Hi, Idk if this is the correct thread for my question but I was wondering if anyone could answer me. It would be a year of stay for me here in the US in a few weeks on K1 Visa. I have not filed for AOS due to financial reasons. Now, I am ready to and was wondering if I need to redo physical exam/vaccination as the DS 3025 requirement? I had the exam from SLEC 07/25/2018. Do I need to redo it or this same paper is enough as attachment for my AOS application? Would really appreciate if some could answer.

They send RFEs for missing to check one box!

@Ethan & Pyxie- Glad it's something simple! Wishing you a speedy road once you send it back to them to that Golden ticket!

@Cheschirecat I know right?   He forgot to put the date under petitioner’s section below his signature. This upset him but I told him it’s okay. We’re sending it back on Monday and thank you @emekus94, hopefully it won’t take very long :D

  11. Hi everyone! Me again. I’m happy for everyone who got their approvals and for the aug 7 filer that has recently got at least an rfe if I’m not mistaken. That’s still very good news, your application been touched. Ours still have no reply. We’re aug 21 filer. Have had arguments wether to call or not. He said we shouldn’t because he said he might lose temper over the phone and mess everything up. So we’re just still waiting 😬
