The questions were pretty simple: when did we meet? how long have we been together? where do I work? have we ever been married before? Where was my husband born? And some questions about my husband's income. No documents were asked by CO.
Today I already got my passport with visa! Yay!  Thank you all for being so helpful and Good luck to everyone at the interview! 💕

Visa status changed to Issued today after 5 days in AP (including weekends).

Hey guys! Just a quick update: I had my interview today. Visa was approved. The CO didn't ask any documents at all. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and support!💕

Normally,  your husband is receiving the K-1's from the company, or he should get an estimate from the Accountant of the company . as you mentioned earlier, he filed an extension, he should have estimated tax paid, while filing the extension. as long as the estimated tax has been paid, you are good but you never know the decision of the embassy.

You are right, it is what it is. There's nothing we can do now. 

Same thing happened to me in 2016 i filed extension and we just took extension letter and tax forms to interview. They didn't ask for it not needed. We were at NVC in January Case complete in February. Interview was end of April.
They will accept extension. They can't make you file. Just make sure you have his 2018 W2's to at least show his income just in case they ask.

Hello I am on the same situation as you, and this is what they say about tax extensions on the Travel state webpage instructions (step 4). So I don't think it would go to AP if you provide proof of extension, just take it to the interview, they will not review it on ceac.

I had my interview this month, and I was not asked for the 2018 tax transcripts even though i had it at the time, and the most recent tax transcripts uploaded to CEAC was 2017. Hopefully, you get lucky and they dont ask you at the interview.

Yeah, I hope we will get lucky. We provided NVC with W2's 2018 that meet the financial requirements. I also have a draft of tax return 2018, but as I mentioned earlier my husband can't file it with IRS yet. 

I think you should take it with you to the interview, if they ask for it you can show it to them, they might not even ask for it. 

Hi everyone, I had my interview at the Lagos Consulate this morning.
And it was really good everyone before me got approved, the three women interviewing were very nice. 
The CO asked me a few questions 
When did I meet my wife
Was she born in the USA 
When did she go to the USA
Did she go with family? 
What kind of marriage did we have 
Where did we get married 
What does my wife do
What city does she live in. 
It was a pretty smooth experience. 

Well I emailed the embassy to ask if I needed to upload and NO ONE responded haha... so I am going to go ahead and upload it... I would rather do too much than not enough. I might call too so I'll let you all know.
