Andy has to call and that's probably the easiest way. 
Just have him call and see if someone can tell you exactly what's up and if the case is still at NBC. Cuz I would hate for your case to be sitting and collecting dust in Dallas when Indiana could be faster. then you might have to wait 5+ weeks to get a stupid case file sent over 🙄

Also- not sure if this can work but u can check the automated line. I've heard that sometimes it tells you. If it says it's still at NBC, then you're good to go! 

Still no interview. Moving to Indiana next month. Hopefully it'll get pushed.

We are just glad not to monitor timelines anymore. Our EADs took foreverrrrrrrr so we were pretty much sleeping on USCIS website/apps. lol
So not checking anything for a while will be nice

They honestly asked us like 5 questions?
1) How did we meet? 
2) how long did we date before marriage
3) Were we married before? Nope
4) Any children before? Nope
5) Verify address (we moved from Texas so they wanted to make sure it was all up to date)
Then they asked my husband the yes/no (are you a criminal) questions. Except IO didn't ask them one by one. He like picked 5 or so and asked those and then that was that.
 
Then he said "anything else y'all wanna add as evidence?"
I had a stack of stuff for evidence, which I made from the letter checklist (the ones that applied to us). So am like "uhhhhh... do you want anything in particular or like the entire folder?" They took the entire folder.
I brought copies and originals of everything so they took the copies. 
 
We spent more time for the guy to get his printer working than actually anything else. lol
IO had to make copies of our passports, license, etc
 
He took our EAD card, gave us a letter telling us about ROC and sent us outta there. 
 

Hey y'all
We had our green card interview yesterday (Friday). Approved on the spot. Got a notice this morning that card is being produced.
It has been a long and crazy journey as most of you have experienced but we are grateful and thankful Hallelujah- Praise God!
If you have any questions about the interview or what we did, please let me know.

More than like half the July filers are waiting for GC
Average GC time is 12 months. It's only been 7ish months. The ones that already have it are the lucky ones.

Many/most have EADs.

My husband and I flew back last night from Spain using his AP.  We flew into Miami.  I thought everything was good until we were sent for secondary inspection.  I almost lost it.  We waited for two hours.  They checked some stuff and gave him a receipt of his parole.  Then we were free to go.  Just putting it out there in case anyone gets pulled for secondary.  Don't panic like me.  Seems to be the norm.

Yeah but they just send a letter to let you know its extended you dont get a new card. Idk why it takes so long. But if it takes longer than 2 years after youre married you at least dont get a limited green card.. but a full one.

GUYSSSS!!! Ok so be careful what you wish for coz in my last post I said I checked the old website and the status was still “Case Received,” and I was like wishing that they just sent me my EAD in the mail without updating. WELL I GOT HOME LATE AND CHECKED MY MAILBOX AND GUESS WHAT WAS IN THERE??? MY FREAKING EAD APPROVAL LETTER! Approved on 11/29! I do not trust both USCIS websites now! Also, the expected date of adjudication here on VJ and USCIS’ date range is pretty accurate, in my experience. I am so freaking happy, I can FINALLY get something for my hubby’s birthday next month. Thank you so much to everyone here for being a great source, being an inspiration, and being patient. Now the wait for AOS interview begins, but for now I’m gonna savor this and enjoy the holidays. 🎄 We gonna hit the ground running in 2019! 🤗  I wish the best for y’all! 😘😘😘

I am annoyed that the OP hasn't even logged on since starting this thread which leads me to believe that he probably doesn't care what we think.  Also, I am a little bothered by the fact that he chose Colombia to "disguise his personal problem."  Sorry I know this is off topic but it has really bothered me since first reading this post.  

Very well said.  If i was having cold feel during the K1 Process i would have immediately told my now husband.  He left EVERYTHING for me.  His car, motorcycle, RV, apartment, job, friends, family, hobbies.  I knew marriage wasn't easy but I also knew he was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with when I first mailed that k1 package.

Okay... i just remembered my husband took a pic when they came cause he freaks out.  And one says 1 of 2 and the other 1 of 1.  So yup, they are APPROVALS
