Noa 1 March 12. WE JUST GOT OUR INTERVIEW DATE FOR JUNE 12th!!!!!

Does anyone know if you are approved residency how fast your resident card comes? Or how fast you can actually start working and traveling? My husbands daughter is graduating at the beginning of July and we need to ve able to travel by then. 

We sent our package to the chicago lockbox last monday through usps certified mail. I jist recieved a letter from usps that the package was not picked up and i need to reschedule delivery. Has anyone ever experienced this? 

Sorry me again!! My husband came in on a K-1 in September 22. We got married on November 9.We are getting ready to send on finally the AOS.,but noticed that his visa is up on March 11.  What happens now?

Hi everyone!! I am getting everything ready file AOS for my fiance I have everything  on the checklist,but I have recently seen something mentioned about a supplement a for the i-485.Do we have to do that?

Also I got p3 from cuidad juarez and they misspelled my finances last name and his date of birth. How can I get this corrected and is this going to cause a problem? 

Not sure if this has already been asked. But I just saw on T. V. That things are changing as of September 11 2018.That as of this date if you are missing something or the official has a doubt at the interview, no longer are they issuing rfes or allowing you time to bring in more evidence. They are going to flat out deny you. This has me really freaked out. An rfe is already scary and now being denied..... Anyone else hear this or have any info? My interview date is in Juarez on September 13.

Thank you so much @Greenbaum. We will continue to look around but that is what we have as of this point. This is really freaking me out. We definetely don't want to get a rfe or even worse get denied....

to find the information you are seeking. If it states you can't get one because you are not physically in the country then make a screen shot of that page to bring with you to the interview. If there is no reference and you can get a PC then you MUST get a PC or face either a RFE or denial. If something is required don't try and circumvent the issue as it will not end well. Just my experience.     

I tried the link and says that error 404 page not found. I have screen shots of the Spanish embassy saying that it is not possible.They say they can only do police reports for Spanish nationals and that my fiance needs to go through his gocernemt(Mexico) for anything he needs. Again we have a federal and state police report for Mexico and the screen shots from the embassy. Do you think that will work? 

I have a question my fiance is from Mexico but lived in Spain for a couple of years. We have our interview on September 13. We are compiling everything for the interview. As far as police records he got the one for the state he lives in and the federal one for México. Now we are trying to see how to get one from Spain but it is almost imposible. He has gone to the Spanish consulate but they only do police records for Spanish nationals. He is Mexican. My question does he really need the police certificate from Spain? I am afraid that we won't be able to get it. Anyone has had any experience with this?

Hi we just got our NOA2 on June 8th. My fiance lives in Veracruz, Mexico. I saw that we can get our medical exam in Mexico DF but was unaware that the interview is in Juarez. Is Juarez the only place to interview. When I did my paperwork I put México DF as the consulate. Shouldn't the interview be there?

Hi!! Got out NOA2 on June 8th. I have just started following this thread. Does anyone know and have experience on what comes next if going through the embassy in Mexico d. F.? I would love to get things going before they send us the list of things through the mail. I already know to wait 2 weeks before calling for nvc#.. But what should I be g doing after that?

For the interview. It asks for a statement from my (petitioner) employer. If I have a contract (I am a teacher) can I use that???? Also for the bank...does bank statements work ???
