just to let you know that i received the interview date 

my wife is still waiting for the interview for adjustment status. still don not have SS# because her visa expired because SS office were closed. did her biometrics on 02/17 & still waiting for the interview. planning to not do my taxes until she get her SS#. anybody knows how long is the interview after the biometrics & also, will she able to to get any of the stimulates checks?

I got my biometrics notice in the mail today! 
Scheduled for 02/12, code 3. No status update or email from my USCIS online account, just the paper notice as a surprise.

I just called the CPB in Detroit & i was asking him for my fiance who is flaying through London & he told me that she has to quarantine there for 14 days  to be able to fly here  

actually i just noticed, the daughter who is married to a U.S citizen was able to come, but her parent who got the visa through their daughter who is a U.S citezen were not able to come. they went from Sweden to Germany & then Detroit 

How come my cousin came from Sweden?

Thanks for the positive comment. My relative, him and his wife were not able to fly for no reason. Their son is here and he did the visa for them 

She’ll be coming from Beirut to London and then Detroit.

it is just insane for what are rules are being followed. I call the airlines & they tell me the airports are closed & same thing my agent does. BUT I hear some of my friends were able to come back. I am not sure if it because they have a U.S citizen & my fiance has only the visa which we suffered so much until we got it & we are just hoping that it will not expired. 
I hope things will back up to normal & you & your husband can meet again.

does anyone know if the executive order will affect the people who already got their visas but still stuck overseas? my fiance got it 2 months ago and she got stuck bc of the corona thing

Finally after almost waiting for 2 years in AP. I have been in AP since April 26 2018 until today, it got issued. I DID FILE A MANDAMUS and I think that was the only way that took me out of AP. file the mandamus maybe after you really feel you are fed up and tried everything to get your visa. all embassies are so busy and that is why they are taking so much time in AP. everyone is trying to get into the U.S, so might as well you do it the right way and the legal way. best of luck to everyone
