When did you receive your biometrics waiver in the mail and what date was on the notice date?

Sorry for late reply. I actually didn’t get mail. I got an email in my inbox saying action has been taken on case and checked my status and it said biometrics were reused. Never got a letter in the nail and I’ve been checking my informed delivery.

If you consider that most of these denied petitions will be appealed and won, that pushes the denial rate well below 5%.......In my opinion, that is good reason to just eliminate conditional Green cards all together.  Just issue 10 year cards.

This would never happen. Just imagine each conditional resident has to pay 680$ just to remove conditions. That’s a whole lot of money to say bye bye to. Unfortunately I am 99.9% certain we will never see that requirement go away.

    Hi:

I saw this post you  did back in Sep 19.  So I assume USCIS did accept your credit card payment with form G-1450, and you sent to the following address?

    For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

    USCIS
    P.O. BOX 21200
    Phoenix, AZ 85036

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

    USCIS
    Attn: I-751
    1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
    Suite 100
    Phoenix, AZ 85034

    Thanks

What you have is dead on identical to what I have

Hubby and I moved states and used my parents address when we moved. We live a mile from my parents so things like license, etc has parent's address

    We didn't bother with that.

    You don't need an affidavit.
I think you have strong financial stuff so you will be fine. Send away and happy waiting like the rest of us :D

Ok cool. We are living at my wife’s parents house until we finish doing our renovations to our home we just bought. I am gonna send in all that stuff to show that we actually lived at the same place etc. Like our licenses and mail showing same address and car insurance etc

  5. Sending my package out monday. This is what I have for my case:

    1. Form I-751(Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence) signed by the beneficiary along with the following supporting documents:

    1. Form G-1450 (Authorization for Credit Card Transaction) to include $680 for I-751 fee application and biometric service fee.

    1. Form G-1145(E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance)

    1. Copy of Beneficiary's Conditional Green Card (Front and Back)

    1. Copy of Joint Tax Returns Transcript for 2018 and 2019

    1. Copy of 401k Showing Spouse as Beneficiary

    1. Copy of Life Insurance Showing Spouse as Beneficiary

    1. Copy of House Deed

    1. Car Insurance with Both Names

    1. Copy of Health Insurance Elections and Health Coverage

    1. Copy Driver's license showing same previous address.

    1. Mail showing same previous address

    1. Copy of Joint Checking Bank Account Statements

    1. Photos

Do you guys think that is good enough. We literally jist bought a house last friday so my license and stuff still has our old address. Also would an affidavit be necessary? OR I should be fine.

There is no requirement to sign and date the pages filled in for additional information.  You can sign it in the blank area below if you want...but there is no requirement to do so.  Your signature in Part 7 (page 6, item 6a) applies to all pages sent.

Public charge rules do not apply to ROC or naturalization so collecting public benefits will not affect either application. There is no income requirements for ROC or natizarion.

The only issue will be some at time later if you wish to sponsor a family members (mom, dad, siblings) after naturalization then public charge history or income may have affect years from now.

Public Charge rules only apply to visa sponsorship like for a green card.

Why would it have an affect if it wasn’t an issue in the first place? Why would it be ?
