Actions have consequences.
Employers today are looking at social media during the hiring process and constantly throughout employment.
Freedom of speech protects you from the gov't ... not the private sector.
 
When you work for someone you "ride for the brand". What you do ... how you act ... tells people about yourself and the brand you represent. 
Don't want to garner the attention of HR for your off-hours escapades ... don't brag about it.

I'm not into social media even when I was working as a manager. But that doesn't matter, I know plenty high ranking managers who avoid social media to protect their privacy.
 

Do stay focused on the problem.
This does not exist without a human being who has no moral compass and no regard for life doing the nasty deed. It was their choice ... nobody made them do it.
Blaming others is deflecting the blame ... responsibility solely belongs to the person inflicting harm.

I also hope these drills are just that ... drills.
A determined person would easily beat the best of preparation. They even may take the subtle approach (OKC style).
 
It is best to be prepared for all emergencies.
The twins and their classmates got a kick out of their intruder drill.  Silence in an elementary school is really weird ... especially with the open rooms concept.
Open concept and shelter-in-place ... let's hide where you can easily be seen.
 
Hope you felt the same about the much more frequent drills ...fire,  severe weather (tornado), etc.
My guys actually got to put into practice one of their drills due to smoke billowing out of the cafeteria.
They were worried the cafeteria wouldn't be open the next day ... 
 

 

I agree with you.  When he welcomed the traitor’s family into the rose garden, and allowed the prayer in Arabic, it really showed America how the president gets behind a traitor.  Glad he’s no longer in office.

Was the truck normally aspirated or did it have one of those devices designed to increase HP and Torque ... an evil turbo?
Or in the case of Ford ... the extra evil twin turbo?

PREPA signed the contract with WF.
Could it be bankrupt PREPA didn't select a different company ... maybe cause WF wanted $2 MM up front and the next competitor wanted $25 MM up front and PREPA didn't have the additional funds? 
Why didn't PREPA simply not sign the contract if they had doubts?  
Doesn't PR G'ovt or PREPA have a competent person to review something before signing?
