Actually Ivermectin was created specifically for humans to treat for parasites. It is regularly used world wide, including the US. It is also used to treat Malaria and Yellow Fever in the US and around the world. Did you know that my horses take penicillin, also a drug created for humans? Obviously the dose is different, just like the dose of ivermectin would be different. Taking the paste for a 1200lb horse is kinda stupid. Kinda like taking 10 Extra strength Tylenol. (Horse dose).

Anti vaxers need to remember the Polio epidemic and how a Vax stooped it cold

The polio vaccine, like the Small Pox vaccine actually makes a person immune from the Polio and Small Pox. It also makes them unable to spread it. Small Pox alone killed nearly 1/3 of the of those who were exposed. Compared to 0.3% of the worlds population who have died from Covid-19. The Covid vaccine Does Not prevent you from getting it. It does not prevent you from spreading it, and it doesn't prevent you from dying from it. If you have had covid your antibodies are significantly higher than those who received the vaccine. I had covid twice. The second time, No Symptoms. Tested 4 times (3 Negatives) to show a positive after wife tested positive. This is Not remotely comparable to Polio or Small Pox. It is comparable to the Flu.

  3. Now I am really confused:

We received a New notice today (after receiving a notice 2 days ago transferring our case) changing our Status from processing for 10 months to "Your Case Status: Initial Review", stating that they will begin fingerprinting, background checks and a photo......The Biometrics were done in December, 8.5 months ago.  We also found that it is being transferred to the National Benefits Center. So did we go back to the bottom of the list? She will file the N-400 in January  2022 (in 4 months). I really don't understand it. We are 100% legit. We are married, share the bills, the responsibilities, and have done everything 100% legally.

No, they don't care about the Certificate of Citizenship nor the $1170.

You don't mention what the RFE was for and that is critical information.

I can't speak to why your local office had a problem with this or if they even did (meaning the local office not the employee that yelled). In my experience, they tend to be very stern (bordering on rude) but I have, luckily, not encountered them yelling at someone.

The local office was beyond rude. The female employee snatched the passport out of my wife's hand and raised her voice significantly above "Stern" and Angrily Demanded "How did you get this", then stormed off to the back to talk to her boss.

I didn't mention the RFE, because it requested our Tax returns, because we initially sent them an Affidavit from our Accountant that he was preparing our 2019 returns. The RFE was handled in 3 days (with overnight shipping) with 200 pages of 2019 and 2020's joint tax returns and documents of a joint owned investment property we bought in between us sending the request for ROC and receiving the RFE. They had more factual evidence of our ongoing relationship than most people send and now they had more than was required, so that is why I didn't mention it.

  5. Hello all,

We filed the I-751 on October 9th, Biometrics were on 12/11/20. On 5/26/21 we received a RFE. On 6/8/21 Nebraska Service Center received an additional book of a mountains worth of evidence. Over 2 months of not hearing anything, we requested help from from our Congressman. Today 8/30/21 we received a notice that our case was being transferred.

We believe that USCIS got pissed after I legally adopted my wife's son in January of 2020, which automatically makes him a US citizen (2000 Child Citizen Act), which instead of filing for a Certificate of Citizenship, we filed for a passport. Because of Covid shutting down the Passport offices, we didn't receive his passport until after we filed the I-751 but had it when she went to get fingerprinted in December. The local USCIS, was noticeably angry. They yelled at my wife, demanding how she got it. We followed the law, it is 100% a legal.

Is it possible they are just screwing with us because of me legally adopting her son and getting the passport instead of the Certificate of Citizenship and the USCIS not getting $1170 from us?

    Thanks

  6. We filed our AOS on October 9th, 2018. The interview was on January 7th, 2019. The Interview was strange, in that they separated us. I specifically asked is there a reason for doing a Stokes interview, she stated no, but she didn't need to interview my wife's son. He received the same letter she did, requiring him to be there at 1pm. My wife was being interview for 45 minutes and then she interviewed me, but only asked me 6 questions.  She said she would let us know in 2-3 weeks and gave my wife a form saying the case was continued to for further investigation. The next day I checked our case status, and it said the case was approved and the card was being made. She and her son received their cards 7 days after the interview.

    https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa/y/ukraine/transit/somewhere_else

If you don't leave the main airport building, collect your bags to check in for the next flight (has to be checked with airline, booking tickets) and your next flight doesn't leave the next day - then transit visa is not required for Ukrainian citizen

P.S. My bad  - I mentioned connection up to 48 hours. Now I see it's limited to the "next day flight"

Ukrainian citizens can get the up-graded Bio-metric Ukrainian passport and can freely travel to anywhere in the EU except UK.

You can tick "Intend" and explain that "I will provide for the total support for him as my husband". And, some have skipped the tick portion and wrote N/A because this form is more gear toward the CR-1 folks and not the K-1 but it is what it is.

Can I put, total support for my wife instead? haha

    Thanks

Lately, it's been taking about 2-4 weeks for NVC to assign a case number. Just a little more patience. Keep checking the website for updates on your case.

I understand NVC 's general message is 2-8 weeks before sending it to the Embassy, but how long after they've assigned a case number? And in just looking at the past 20 cases in Ukraine that have had an interview, everyone of them is 3.5 to 5 weeks (the longest) total time from the NOA2 approval to the Embassy receiving the case. Do you think the NVC got backlogged in the last month? Note: I've had my NVC case number 3 weeks on Thursday.

And on a different topic, I thought I had the I-134 figured out perfect until the last couple posts about it.....Now I'm confused, Do or do not enter my name on line 26?

After reading Alia.org's site, it is clearly Anti-Trump, not an un-biased Immigration Lawyers Association.

In  reference to any Family-based immigration, the American spouse is 100% responsible for the care of your Fiancée, Spouse, their children for 10 years. Meaning when the American Fiancée or Spouse completes the I-134, they are agreeing to the conditions within the immigration laws. If at any time during that 10 years your foreign spouse becomes a ward of the state, you as the sponsor will have to pay the government back, and your spouse is subject to deportation. That law is not new. Even the non-family based immigrants that have a sponsor, and those sponsors are also responsible for the immigrant they sponsored. There is No right to receive government assistance, i.e. EBT Card, subsidized housing or Welfare Income (SSI), whether you are natural born U.S. citizen or an immigrant.

For example, any time before Trump....If you applied for a K1 visa, and you failed to get married within the 90 days from the POE, your fiancée will be deported. If you got married and sent your AOS after 91 days from the POE, your spouse will be deported. You could appeal then and you can appeal now, but then and now there are very few exceptions to grant your appeal. It is incumbent, that the couple complies with the rules and the laws. And if you don't, it is your fault, not the Government's, USCIS's , ICE, or Trumps fault.....It is yours and yours alone.

In simple terms, I will compare this to obtaining a drivers license....When you get a drivers license, It is a Privilege, not a Right. You sign a form that states that license can be taken from you if you don't follow the laws. I.E. You get stopped for drunk driving.....When you signed for your license you agreed to submit to a blood alcohol test, if you refuse, you license is automatically Suspended. Period. You can appeal it in court, but it doesn't mean you have a Constitutional Right to drive.

Anyone that thinks Trump is Anti-Immigration has watched too much CNN......His current wife and his former wife are both immigrants. No laws that existed or new ones effect Family based immigration, except ones that were based on fraud. I personally agree with the laws that would stop an immigrant from coming here and living in free housing, free food, and free money, mainly since that money isn't free......it comes from my taxes and yours. This is the Land of the Free, Not the Land of Free money!

According to https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ N400 processing time is 10.5 to 17 months in NYC.

N400 processing times vary per city. Ohio is 5.5-12 months per USCIS now. When my friends wife did hers 2.5 years ago when Obama was in it took 14 months......It has nothing to do with what president is in office for LEGAL Immigration and to become a US Citizen. It has to do with the work load of each individual office of CIS. Stop watching the news, they haven't told an unbiased story in nearly 50 years and gets worse each day.

Do you know if children under the age of 10 need a separate DS 160 form or  are they included on the parents form? Trying to get clarification. Thanks.

Yes, You have to complete a DS-160 for each person. When the fiancée completes his/hers, there will be a question about who, if any, is accompanying them. Answer yes, enter the child's name, DOB.....When you complete the DS-160 for the child, answer yes on the same question, and enter the parent.

You have to make separate payments for each visa, cause you will need each receipt number.

Thank you! I have all those links. My question wasn't Ukraine specific. We are waiting on the case number from the NVC. I called today and will call tomorrow to get the case number. I know, it will take 5-10 days to get to the Embassy once they assign a case # and an "A" number.  My question is when I call the NVC and get my case number over the phone, can we immediately schedule the medical exam since we will have the NVC case number, even though the Embassy has not received it yet from the NVC? Or are we required to wait until the Embassy receives it?
