We received our document with visa 3 weeks ago. And we will move to the states next week.
 
Stay up you'll get a good news from them sooner as possible. 
 

Being too eager with Immigration is a red flag. It is like you are directing their thoughts to what you want them to think. Sitting quietly directly behind (if possible) those classy windows at Embassies so you make eye contact with the IO is a great idea. I think it is a great idea to go. (They are 'usually' pretty good to US Citizen Petitioners because we can complain about bad treatment to our Senators etc...).
 
Good to see India allows. Kenya Embassy refused my spouse to come with me. (security was the reason given which is baloney)

When NVC receives the approved I-129f from USCIS, they check to ensure that it’s been stamped. NVC is occasionally will receive a petition from USCIS and it does not have the appropriate approval stamp in the upper left-hand corner. They are also checking to make sure that the three criminal questions have been answered. He noted that there are times when the petitioner will forget to complete those questions and those questions are subsequently missed by the adjudicator.  In both of these instances the case will then be sent back to USCIS. If one of these things occur with a case file recently received from USCSI, NVC would know within the first week of receiving the case.

My husbands visa was APPROVED! Thank you everyone for the prayers! I am BEYOND HAPPY!! 

To all those of you with interviews coming up.... I know your pain! You have to leave it all to God and be positive. Go to your interview well dressed and ready, don’t show you’re nervous and answer all questions promptly.

Husband had his interview in Dublin today, approved!!! But of course there was a mistake on the medical (no expiration date) even though we triple reminded them and already had Mater hospital fix another mistake they made on the medical---just a warning to others, Mater seems sloppy (yes, they're very busy), but even the consular officer told my husband "yes, they seem to leave the date off a lot." Apparently the embassy will sort this with the hospital and it should only take a day to fix... So we've to wait these final 15 business days. Just ready to be *done*
 
Husband was second one in the embassy, first one interviewed (8am appt.). He was out of the embassy by 8:30! Said the officer was a very nice lady, asked only basic questions about how we met, my employment, our time together. He said she looked at our pictures but not much else. She seemed very confused by a few things on my husband's case, but apparently nothing critical, as he got the approval sheet!! We both hardly slept the night before and are so relieved now.

I guess on this stage everyone is stressed. In normal conditions I'm actually quite stress resistant😎 But before the interview I got crazy.😩😤😨 You just have to come over it and try to keep to a positive thinking. As after the interview believe me days will fly so fast and you'll join your loved one finally. God is all knowing, with his help you'll hear those magic words Your visa is approved! Best of luck to you and remember to double check all the docs😉

The feeling is absolutely normal,no need to panic. The sooner your interview becomes the more tensed you become.
 
Dress well,be smart,be audible,maintain eye contact,always smile,you don't understand any question?feel free to ask the consular officer to repeat the question and then above all,pray for a successful interview.

Finally interview is 11/7!!!! CC:9/17 in Haiti. I see the light at the end of the tunnel

I had my interview last week. There were like 40 people before me. I think almost 95% got visa. Only few got delayed because of not sufficient income with sponsor so they will get visa anyway. Those scenario made me strong and I was sure that I will get approved before they even call me. If your sponsor earning enough and your relationship is real than there nothing to worry. They asked some simple questions most about petitioner. Stressing is normal but just think that you know everything and you will get visa anyway. Most importantly Health is important than visa. Good health can bring many visa in life. So don't over stress. Good luck.

Trust you all have been doing great? Oh well,im now a Legal Permanent Resident Of the US of A.
 
Arrived the Los Angeles International Airport on Sept 22nd 2018 at about 1:23pm PDT.
The queue was really a long one but joined it and finally it was my turn. 
 
The first officer asked for my name,husband's name,date and place of marriage,date and place of birth and made me declare what i came in with on a customs sheet I was given on board,wrote on my documents,finger printed and snapped me then told me to wait for another officer who came and took my package from me,asked for date of marriage and if there's any change on my address,made me sign on a document thereafter,he Inspected and admitted me into the U.S with the CR1 stamp on my passport.

Congratulations to all those who got their visas approved and a special congratulations to my beloved sister @Mrs Prestige  who woke me up with the great news that her visa was approved today. I'm so happy for you sis because we finally made it.
