This policy is fairly NEW with no clear answers. I re-read the policy like 5 times and I concluded that submitting DS-3025 is enough for my case.
 
Based on the below statement from the policy, the i-693 form doesn't apply to K1 applicants....UNLESS they have incomplete vaccination sheet. They should really have a kid version of these policies so we(over thinkers and worries) can actually understand and comprehend them. talk to me like I'm 5 damn it!
 
1. you took medical overseas and you took all your required vaccinations??? Good boy....you may submit ds-3025
2. you took medical overseas and didn't complete vaccinations? Bad boy, go see and civil surgeon and submit i-693 
3. Flu shot taken during flu season - DS-3025, etc........
 
"Special rules may apply to certain foreign nationals who were examined overseas, including certain nonimmigrant fiancé(e)s or spouses of U.S. citizens (K visa), spouses of lawful permanent residents (V visa), refugees, and asyleedependents. Such foreign nationals usually do not need to repeat the full immigration medical exam in the United States for purposes of adjustment of status"

Well good to see immigrations and customs are doing their jobs.

Me too...when it's done legally. When it's illegal, I'm totally fine with them being stopped.

She totally tried to immigrate on a tourist visa. Glad they caught her and sent her packing. Pisses me off when we wait months sometimes years doing it the right way and some prissy tries to get around it but it makes me happy when they get denied.
