Hi guys,,,
So as June fliers we joined in on this "Pay it forward" journey, so here I am.
I am a June 26 flier. That just today( January 18, 2018) was approved by the USCIS. Our approval was updated on the USCIS website. I did not receive and RFE's and we called the USCIS and spoke to a Tier 1 three times. They could not give us general information saying our case was pending...but thankful we got our approval. Honestly, this is a hard process and I have complained many times and I know we have not completely this process yet but having seen that status changed to " Your Case is Approved" does miracles... my fiancé and I both feel like there has been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Looking bad now, I cried, I got angry and I definably throw a couple tantrums but I just wanted to wish you guys good luck and tell you to never give up... There is a light at the end of this tunnel... and right now they may dim but they will definitely get brighter...

Call me overly hopeful but they’re processing July right now. July was 6 months ago, and if they take the same amount of time to get to October, that would put us at only 3 months away! We’re half way there (hopefully)

At the current rate they are going October filers can expect our approvals in April and May and like Daniel said it go move froward or back. At this point I'll just be happy if it doesn't move back. I predict me and my fiance getting married early August.

I think it's safe to say that no one on the site knows what they're doing exactly unless they work for USCIS so anything is possible. I am choosing to take this as good news and not bad but not get my hopes up as well. Good luck to everyone. Here's to approvals in January/February (fingers crossed very tightly).

Hi Everyone, apologies for not posting for a while...I have been lurking though 😂
I'm currently in the U.S. with Matt, we went to Vegas for a vacation first and border control just asked how long I planned staying and then let me through. Took a domestic flight to Atlanta and we are together until the 5th Jan Yay
Anyway ...I just popped on to wish you and your loved ones a very Happy Christmas / Holidays
Next year we will all be living our happily ever afters x

That' what I'm saying, when I-130 gets approved K-3 is not valid anymore, but in now days for I-130 takes a year and K-3 around 8 month's, I don't see nothing wrong for applying for it,they may should see lawyer for best advice

I think that people here give some information that have no clue what they talking about,i think that you should send I-129F with your I-130 you cant lose anything,i dont see reason why would be hard to get K-3 now is around 7-8 months wait for approval, just try

I am just living life. Trust me I've had my breakdowns when I feel like this is a never ending process. However, I remind myself that when our fiance and future spouses are here and permanently living with us together.. we will remember this time too. Pros and cons to both situation. Hahahaha trying to put a lighter spin on things. My fiance returned to his birth country after more than 10 years. He is enjoying himself. It's his vacation lol. It doesn't mean we don't miss each other. As long as we have our health, we are happy, and talk to each other then this temporary separation is nothing.
Hope you all have a great Friday and weekend!

Happy Thanksgiving here from the U.S. (Georgia) to all my fellow October filers or anyone who is on this thread. I'm thankful that this process has been started and here's HOPING it speeds up once the new year rolls around!

Thanks, I told my fiance I'm not putting all my hope in that but I'm also not going to be a negative nancy about it either. Sometimes this site can be a bit depressing because it's all speculation at this point. You know they've been moving slow this year but for all we know it could pick up quickly after the holidays and we could have our approvals before March. No one really knows only USCIS knows. With that being said at least I know he'll be here for good by my birthday (August).
Good luck to us all.

Amen. When I started this journey I had already decided that I wasn't going to be the richest man in the cemetery. I am putting both of my kids through college and I will gladly do the same for Aira and AJ. There are more important things in life than money. I am visiting in December and If I have to go back in January and bring them all home I will be poorer in finances but so much richer in life.

Yup, I'm not buying it. I think they got tired of all the calls for people saying that they want to expedite their case because it is outside of the processing time. I really don't care much for the USCIS website right now

Hello Blessed October Filers!
Things are really happening. Many people from May/June Filers called USCIS and they confirmed that they are currently working on September Files. So, the estimate on the web. is 💯% accurate.
