Today I call the nvc and they give us our case number. Noa2 March 20 ,nvc case# April 2...They say now our case will be send to Mumbai. 
Question
Now since I have the case number can I schedule the medical, biometrics and interview or not yet since he did receive yet the package from Mumbai consulate?

For Mumbai, you should first complete the DS 160 form and then pay the fees. After it says ready on the NVC website you can then schedule the interview.

I have been a long term lurker on this board, but I wanted to express my excitement that my NOA2 arrived in the mail!!!!
 
NOA1: September 7, 2017
NOA2: March 7, 2018
 
This was a silent approval, I received no text/email/website updates at all.  I just checked the website again and nothing has changed.  Please check your mail!

WE GOT THE APPROVED NOA2 TODAY!!!!!!! We are so happy and thankful!

NOA2 Notice: Mar 6 (Silent, no notifications)

Case Difficulty: Easy (Both single, no kids, close age, 3 visits, clean records)

I was about to ask if us possible to be no updates on app or website but still receive in the mail ... now I know I can expect the miracle even if looks like nothing happens on website
