Since I couldn't find a Philadelphia field office specific topic, I figured I create one and give it a shot!
Filed AOS in September 2018, have been ready for interview since October 2018, so we still have a good wait in front of us!
 
Any Philly filers that filed in 2017/2018, please chime in so we can get an idea of the processing times (besides the processing times chart on VJ) and for some Philly support.

Got text, email and case tracker app notification saying my case is ready to be scheduled for interview. Here goes the 2yr wait!!! 
 
Hopefully with this though... maybe my combo card is on it's way...

Haha! Well it’s just me out here so I really hope my GP doesn’t give me a hard time about it when the time comes!

Hey! I woke up with good news! I saw I was getting something in the mail this morning through the USPS app and I just got the interview letter in the mail. No updates on both websites or app. 
My office is Detroit and I sent my application on Oct 15 (NOA Oct 17). 
I didn't hear anything back from the EAD though

Hi all! Congratulations to all those who have gotten approved, so happy for all of you, and thank you for posting to give me some sort of sanity during this insane process! 
 
I'm an October 4 filer here-- anyone else around this date still stuck on "Case Received"? I'm going to call USCIS tomorrow morning, I think-- not that I expect to receive any updates, but just wondering if there's anyone else still waiting? My husband and I are going a little crazy waiting for his EAD so he can start working, and now his grandfather is not well in Bombay so he's really hoping to be able to make a visit ASAP. 

No I said there are two things that might occur. You SHOULD get your SSN in the mail a few days after your EAD arrives if you applied on the I765 OR if by chance it doesnt come which is UNLIKELY, you can go into SSA with your EAD and apply yourself.
 

Numerous bickering posts from a few days ago have been removed.
The key to your success in this process is to read carefully, interpret literally, and answer/comply completely & accurately.

Got the EAD card notification earlier in the week, received the card today, sweet.

It’s the form you should’ve recieved upon completion of your medical. It states all the vaccines you’ve had.

I was told there isn’t one but it will usually arrive within 7 days 🤞🏾

Yes today new card being produced (EAD),finally. PD 16 October. 😀

Got the notification on the USCIS case tracker app about the EAD being produced.
NOA date : 22nd October
 
 
Whoever is waiting for their card's approval, I'm hoping you all get it asap. It's coming soon.

It means you file a 2555EZ. If you make more than $103900 you would file a 2555.

Only the AED changed though, the AP and the AOS are still stuck on Case Received and Fingerprints Fee Received.

You do know USCIS routinely loses paperwork right? Many of our tax returns (me and several other posters) were completely  lost by USCIS during the AOS paperwork so we got an RFE and had to re-send it. We didn't do anything wrong, they just lost it.
 
This is why USCIS tells you to send photocopies.  They don't want to be held liable for that stuff.

I didn’t get a fingerprint complete notification, mine went straight from case received to new card is being produced on the case tracker app. To be honest it was a huge surprise to me and I’m very thankful God made it work this fast.

From what I understand, the AP doesn't update but you should get the EAD/AP card all in one. Let us know, and congratulations!

Just got AED approved. Card is in production!!! (submitted: October 1st) No update on the AP, though. Is it normal? Or does it mean that the AP might not be approved? BTW, adding to the comments before, I also submitted photocopies of my MC and did't get any RFE. 

I'm not trying to hurt your feelings. I'm trying to prevent others from receiving bad advice based on other ppl's interpretation of the instructions. 
You can make a suggestion all you want but your original comment insisted that the thousands of us here were sorely incorrect for following the instructions and submitting photocopies. That cannot be the case though as all of us who have recently submitted would have RFEs and the rest who filed before us would have told us photocopies are not accepted. 

Same here, I have the “new card being produced” (work permit). I couldn’t believe my computer screen.
 
Does anyone know how long until it actually comes in the mail?
