Good news. My EAD was finally approved!! Yesterday said that card was being produced, and today that was approved.
The new USCIS website is very accurate. They update the status very fast compared to the other one.
If you guys did not create an account there yet, I would recommend it.

I applied SS the day after I received my EAD without problems. You should be okay. 
May I ask why wait 10 days? Where did you get that information?

We used the ones from Turbo Tax and we didn't have any problems with it. But we also brought copies of W-2s for each corresponding tax tax year.

For our interview we brought exact copies of what we sent out to USCIS, just brought additional photos, and more proof of bonafide marriage (lease agreement, health & life insurance). The officer didn't even care about the other documents we brought only asked for more photos.

Got my green card today. USPS missed me yesterday but I picked it up at the post office this morning.
 
I second what shakeyy said.. if you have a non-squeeky-clean past, it's best to wait for the green card.

So she went to an interview for a fiancé visa even though you were already married? And you were hoping that the Cenomar wouldn't be updated quickly enough and you could "get away with it"? You're lucky you didn't get a misrep ban. 
 
Don't make a messy situation even more messy with divorce or annulment. Just proceed with the spouse visa. 

How can you know that when you don't know which country this person lives in illegally? When I applied for my police certificates I had to fill out ALL addresses I had lived at in those countries. And what will happen when they realize that the person in question got no connection to those addresses?

I got my ead card guys, the woman from USCIS was really mean and hang up on me but they said they could give the tracking number so just letting you guys know that this is an option  have a good one y’all
