  1. Please let us know what happened, I am in the same situation with my mother. Had the interview but medical results were complete at that time in February so she was waiting until TB testing was negative. Doctors office sent medical on Thursday/Friday of last week and now we are just waiting to see if my mother needs to interview again or would the interview from February suffice. Will she need to go again to Montreal or just send the passport in? Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you
  2. Hi everyone- any help or insight into this unusual situation would be appreciated. My mother had her interview at the end of January (Montreal), at the time of the interview, the medical results had not been sent- we came to find out the reason was because the X-RAY was abnormal (not TB but just an old scar that was flagged by the radiologist). They could not approve visa at the time of interview obviously due to lack of medical results. She was sent for sputum testing in April (took about 3 months before she got an appointment) in Toronto. Sputum test in negative, so no TB. Now I am not sure, and have some questions maybe someone can help answer: 1. do the results get sent automatically? 2. Is there a way to notify the Montreal embassy? 3. Will she have to interview again? (she already did the full interview and officer said she would have gotten approved on the spot if they had the medical) 4. How long until she will get the green card after Montreal has all the paperwork? 5. Will she have to go to Montreal in-person again? Any help with these or some insight if someone has had something similar happen before. Thanks a million!
  3. Hello, I am in the process of removing conditions on my conditional green card. I am currently a dual citizen (Poland and Canada). On the first page of form I-751 question 6 it asks: "country of citizenship or nationality (provide all that apply)". This is very confusing because, in the paperwork to obtain the conditional green card we never filled out Poland as a country of citizenship (our lawyer filled out all paperwork). Now I feel tempted to just list Canada as this is my country of birth and only have a valid passport from Poland. I don't want to confuse the situation by listing it, since the question does specify "list all that APPLY". Does this apply? Has anyone else run into a similar situation? Please help!
