Does anyone have experience getting a T4E for the EI they received in the previous year, for tax purposes? Did you go online or was a T4E mailed to you. I am unable to login to my service canada for this so i was not sure..? Also how did you report this on your USA taxes? Im curious if this would bump your USA tax bracket up for total earnings.

Yes, I have just downloaded from My Service Canada :) Also it is mentioned that they have already mailed it to my US address.

  2. Interview went well today so I have been APPROVED on spot.

Like others stated they go by the AOS application form, it was only for 10 minutes. Officer didn't check any documents or copies, just asked for something new after I came in USA, took my library card print shot with my address on it and  pictures from the wedding ( I printed on A4 paper sheets some of them). I think it was just a formal meeting, they had already taken decision. My card should arrive by 1 week or 2, since my K2 boys cards will arrive in one month as they don't have their files here in the USCIS office yet.

Good luck to the rest of you who are still waiting!

I will let you know once I have my card in hands :)

  3. Hi guys, I am just preparing my AOS+EAD+AP package and I have some questions related to passport photos:

    - Is it mandatory to send 6 pictures for the 3 applications?

    - And how recent (I-485 doesn't say nothing), I-765 and I-131 say within 30 days?

    - I have some pictures left from my K1 process 2-3 months ago can I use them?

They are from different dates so finally I will have each application 2 different pictures.

I know it is stupid question but the reason that I am asking is because I am applying also for my 2 kids and yesterday I was asked about 140 USD for the three of us  for 6 pictures each person

  4. Hi guys congrats for all of you moving forward :)

We have been married on Feb 14th and now I am lost in the piles for me and my 2 kids for AOS/EAD and AP :jest:

So I have a quick question after reading  @Estibaliz checklists for the 3 packages: Is it mandatory to provide for each of the 3 applications AOS+EAD+AP  - 2 passport pics each, so it means 6 per person? So far I prepared all the required documents only for AOS and filled out the forms I-765 and I-131.

  5. Hi @Sonkenn

My status said READY for the first time on Nov 28th. That is when I sent Packet 3 for the first time. On the next day Consulate replied with: do not send Packet 3.

On Dec 15th my status updated and on Dec 18th I send again Packet 3. Still no reply but my status updated again on Dec 19th and Dec 20th.

Now I am just keep on waiting patiently for Packet 4....
