Actually I scanned all cases with received date 27th and there were 3 approvals yesterday. So it seems they work on it. Just be patient as me hahaha
(They are starting from 08163 to 12152) and are approximately 137 for I-129F
Probably I am freaking out to do this

Excuse me , but what is Igor's list? :OOOO
Thanks!!!http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?cfl=
If you have your timeline filled you can find your names in the list and follow the process at CSC...or at least to have an idea what is happening there
I am so happy that I can see my fiance every weekend but waiting is still terrible part...

@Estibaliz Congrats!!!
So happy to see so many approvals and closed cases in April

I am a first week of June at filer but I'm hovering over you guys because I'm getting very anxious. Does anyone know if the estimated adjudication time at the bottom of our timeline journeys includes a possible RFE delay as well?
Yeah it is only to NOA2 direct approval, if there is RFE timeline will change with 3 weeks more for CSC

Am I right to assume received date makes the time longer than if they used the NAO2 date?
You mean noa1 right?
It is really longer and I feel so frustrated more and more...

That's true Tier 2 confirmed that they are using only received date in their system.
Day 146 since received date...

The last 5 digits are the case numbers created at the Dallas lockbox. I wish they reviewed the cases in order as my number is 11500 - but that doesn't seem to be true!!
anyways its still great news and exciting things are moving!
Yeah day 144 here and 4000 numbers before the approved one still nothing... Sometimes I think we are loosing patience but waiting is all we can do

Hi Everybody...
could not believe it...got the notification from the iphone app today... was with a friend and heard a sound I did not recognize coming from somewhere in a big room... did not even click at first that it came from my phone that was in my bag quite far away from me...
and then some time later I checked my phone and there it was!!! case was approved on the screen...
the date is yesterday's the 14th of September - so exactly 5 months from the received date the 14th of April...
I kept having dark thoughts already - visions of having to wait for 8 months for NOA2 or waiting 7 and getting RFE...
really wish all those who are still waiting could see their NOA2 in the next 2 weeks
to be honest it just feels unreal right now - kind of a shell shock I guess...Congrats

Hi Everyone. My fiancee filed the K1 and was received by USCIS May 8. I"m presently staying in Africa and the US Embassy we put to have my interview is here in Africa. I will be leaving africa by November but my K1 application haven't came out yet. Is it possible to change address and schedule my interview in the Philippines instead.
Thanks
Dan
As far as I read in the forum you can change the Embassy before NOA2, just write to CSC to update your information. And when it is time to schedule your interview just take in mind you have to choose a date when you will be there.

Hi there! Have you checked your status on the USCIS page? Has your petition been "touched" since NOA1?
I'm an August filer, but I'm really curious about the whole process. Since April 27 got approved the other day, I thought maybe they started working on some May petitions already.
And good luck! I hope you'll be one of the next approvals!
So actually when my fiance called them 2 days ago they said our case is pending and that they start working on each case since the NOA1 date. No signs of RFE but we have to wait...They said also CSC is overloaded with cases since all of them were transferred there.
And yes I am checking our status several times a day
Good luck to you too! Seeing Croatia in the forum warmed my heart. We are both with my fiance born in Bulgaria.

Hi May filers,
Day 140 here. Date received 27th of April. NOA1 - 1st of May.
We called twice CSC and submitted yesterday an e-enquiry but I am not sure we will get some reply
I hope soon they will start working on our cases

Hi guys,
Day 137 since date received (27th of April). My fiance spoke today with Tier2 and they explained cases are opened once received with them. In our case it is PENDING, no sign of RFE so the lady said "No news is a good news" and that "It is a waiting game" and that they are slower since they have received all the transferred cases. My fiance is going to call them again on Thursday.
Congratulations to all that NOA2 subject is already in the past

It's been standard lately for people from Canada, as well as others that have electronic cases. Congrats on being one step closer!
What does it mean Estibaliz? Once received this kind of e-mail we can go ahead? Sending Packet3, scheduling medical? Sorry for my ignorance
