They asked me for the waiver. In still waiting the approval letter. On august 28 I received a notification that they couldn’t deliver a notification, so I’m waiting for this notification  

Never give up hope. I pray that everything is OK. Just remember that this is not the end of the journey. Stay strong. Stay positive. Don’t let the process hurt your relationship. Stay in love and support each other. No matter what, the end will be the same. You will be in the arms of your love. That is all that matters.

It does happen- where you are approved on the spot but during the administrative processing of the visa, something comes up.

And it's not usually clear what it is.
I'll defer to John on how he handled this?

My fiancé called the embassy, but if it is not a fraud, they have a tape recorder. He send an email and we hope to receive an answer, he called NVC and they told him that if the CO approved the visa and was given a resolution it's all ... I spoke to the CAS (centro de atencion) to ask for my track number, the girl told me case is still open and have to wait 10 business days to get the number... so im still positive 

Why is is two cases there?
 

my suggestion is not to get disappointed already. wait for the passport and see if they may require further documentation for you to be issued a visa.

Thank you!! We tried to be patience, but sometimes is hard been away and more when we saw people that received the approval when they are after us. Even when we applied an inquiry month ago, he called to the Uscis... let see if tomorrow he can talk with the senator or the congressman.

July 17th... still waiting. My fiancé  called yesterday and asked to talk with Tier 2 and the girl told him that they have not  touched our case yet, that we waited 45 more days

Today my emotions are like a roller coaster, my fiance suffered a heart attack last week while on vacation with me ... he had to return to the states last night and I feel desperate and scary ... I guess that July will continue to be ignored by the USCIS ...
