After you done with the Medical, the hospital will call you and let you know when they are ready to send the medical result to the embassy (means everything is alright with the medical)

If there is a problem then they also will let you know. 

Then you email the embassy (just reply their email to you, because it has your case number and name already, so it's easier), let them know that you have all the documents and you are 

ready for the interview. They replied my email on the same day and I got the interview date. Jakarta embassy is pretty fast answer the emails. Good Luck!

Why 1-2 years?? We just got our interview scheduled for Oct 10th and didn't file until July.

In our experience, the Embassy contacted Travis after 3 days asking about beneficiary's address, phone number, and email.

Then in the next day Rakhel got the email from embassy about what documents you need to get including the medical examination.

Finally getting around to sending in AOS packet.

Has anyone from June had there Advanced Parole granted yet? 

So far the cheapest I have found is $350 all have said they need to do physical grr!!!

Getting around to filling out my wife's AOS paperwork and she needs a MMR shot still looking for anyone that has used a civil surgeon around Fort Wayne Indiana. 

I called the local health dept but they want to do the whole  physical for 500 dollars which she doesn't need.

Yes you can do it now Rakhel got her's within two weeks of POE.

I talked to US embassy in Frankfurt but haven't got any satisfying answer. So, she didn't add any Indonesian police certificate ?

LOL yes finally! The biggest shock for Rakhel has been the cold here lots of blankets and a turned up furnace 

Yes the Gov. website is annoying I had to call the Embassy in Jakarta to confirm it as well.

Pretty much they told me since Indonesian police can be bribed to make a good cert the US government doesn't want them. 

Yes this process is way more stressful than I ever imagined but it really makes you focus on the relationship. 

Don't worry though once you get NOA2 everything goes quickly from the time NVC received until interview was only 1.5 months. So hang in there your almost done

Easy answer! Police certs from Indonesia are not required by the US government as they are considered in accurate and the police can be bribed. 

Thanks for the replies! She just interviewed for Tourist visa yesterday and was denied on the spot without them looking at paperwork showing 30k in bank and property owned there. I'm thinking its due to the embassy automatically assuming immigrant intent since she's married to American citizen. She works with her husband in the ministry maybe I can see if the church here can sponsor for speaking has anyone here had any experience with that? 

So I have a Missionary friend who is married to an Indonesian they have two kids who have their US Passports. He needs to come back to the USA for a speaking tour however the embassy will not allow his wife a tourist visa because they assume immigrant intent. 

How do you complete a CR1 visa without a US address or what alternatives do they have for a visit that would be under 6 months?

John not sure about the Philippines but Indonesia received the petition in about two weeks and that was back in Feb when things were going slower.
