Finally! We got the biometrics waiver: "As of May 28, 2021, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LIN21900*****, have been applied to your case."
For those wondering, we are late November at LIN. Most from early Nov at LIN had their biometrics waived in January, then they jumped to the Jan/Feb filers. I am glad to see some movement for those of us between early-Nov and Feb.
We were 11/20/20 received date and LIN too! Just checked USCIS and our biometrics were waved too!! Woohooo!! Literally checked this morning and it wasn't updated

Wow glad to see some folks are getting progress (even those after us). I have a feeling ours will take essentially as long as possible (every step of the way has so far). I am low key jealous but glad to hear it! Congrats to everyone who has gotten updates.
I feel you... I'm expecting the worst and assuming they wont ever update us about if our biometrics will be reused. Its always slightly heartbreaking seeing later filing dates get updates, but at least that means it's moving along!

I’ve had experience contacting my senator for a immigration issue and had a great outcome. Long story not so short, we were approved for our conditional green card, card never came, case was reopen for reconsideration of decision, uscis said we were still approved but issue was producing green card because printer broke (LOL), stuck in limbo and EAD was expiring. I finally contacted one of my senator as a last ditch effort. Their office called back next day. Apparently they have special contact group at USCIS. Two days after chatting with senators office, our cases status updated and we had a tracking number for our green card!

No problem at all. We have all spent years in this process, lots of money and lots of sacrifice- with zero guarantees.
SRC (Texas) has been cruising on getting cases approved. Last I heard, there were some November/December 2020 approvals. Seems like the best place for cases to be processed right now! Good luck!

JULY? 😨 That seems like a major backlog. Here's to hoping they blow though the mega piles
Haha I thought that was promising! USCIS says 13 - 27.5 months for Nebraska Service Center. I was tentatively planning at least 18 months when I first filed

A little behind? I think they all quit that service center. There has been no movement and it's incredibly frustrating. I'm so happy for people getting their approvals already, but we aren't even getting biometrics waivers/appts
Based on the timelines, it looks like they are starting to process July received dates and are kicking back up again

Wow, it’s amazing to see some approvals already, congrats!!! I’m getting hopeful this may not take as long as I expected!
I have a LIN case number, app received on 11/20 with NOA received on 1/13, but nothing else since. How is the timeline for other LIN apps? Should I expect biometrics to be waived? Any RFE’s or approvals yet?
I’m a LIN case! Ours received day is around yours and no activity yet. Based on timelines, it looks like they are working on June cases

We included the AR-11 with our I-751. Didn’t run into any issues! Our NOA1 was then sent to our new address

Update: My husband got an email from the Lockbox and the package was “missing pages” from the application and I know for a fact because I scanned the whole thing to my computer and plus I have a copy that I keep at my desk at work in case I had to call on my lunch break🤬😵🤬😂..... Because of their incompetence we lost almost 2 months.... I was so angry when my husband told me.... Good Luck everyone most likely he is going to be a January filer.... We just have to make an info pass appointment because his gc expire on the 31st...
Oh man! I'm so sorry. Its so frustrating when something happens outside of your control. I hope it gets resolved quickly!

Well then-
This is insane indeed. Someone said a few weeks ago that it's really a hassle anywhere because u can't verify if "delivered" means delivered. Guess they were on to somethingSorry this happened OP. But glad it has been rectified
This is the issue with backlog. Had things stayed within a 5 day window, you would have been able to properly follow up.
USPS has been a hot mess. I personally sent my pal a package priority and it took 10 full days to arrive (almost missed her birthday!)
Not sure how UPS and FEDEx are doing either. I caution everyone to send their things early
The Holiday period is simply a horrible time in America for all mailing systemsExactly, if the wait time was significantly shorter, I honestly wouldn't have been fussed. But knowing I filed nearly right when I could, and then having this set back is a HUGE bummer. Literally lost it this morning our of pure frustration. Ergg.. wont hear back for a few more weeks now. This is why USCIS needs to get all their applications online! Its 2020.. chop chop 🤪

Warning to everyone, do NOT use USPS... I sent my file on 11/7 and "delivered" 11/11 or 11/10. It never marked as delivered, but an USPS agent assured me that it just wasn't scanned in (they say this happens often). Soooo I took their word and thought it was ok. Today, I went back to USPS to see the exact see what day it was received, AND THE LAST WEEK ITS BEEN MOVING AROUND THE WEST COAST ALL OF THE SUDDEN. I'm furious, frustrated, overwhelmed, and now set back about 1.5 months. Please don't use USPS.
Update: I spoke w/ USPS and if you delivered date was the 11/11 or 11/10, you may have been effected. I spoke with a gal in Consumer Affairs and she said multiple packaged to the AZ lockbox were incorrectly routed to Nevada. They were then "delivered" there, but then resent back to Phoenix and arrived to the lockbox around the 28th. She said the system doesnt allow them to mark as delivered twice, so it wont show as delivered at the Lockbox. This is INSANE.

Hey guys. It has been hard to keep track of all the comments on here. What is the general consensus if our I-751 was marked delivered at the Arizona lockbox facility by the post office on 11/16/20 but without an NOA or email yet from the USCIS? I know it hasn't been a month yet and was just wondering if we should call? Thanks for any advice!
I am in a similar boat and called - nothing they could do. They told me to send an email to the lockbox.. and I told them I did and got a recorded response that said 751 inquires will not be responded to.. she said thats odd so she is having a manager call me back to explain what the heck is going on.

Hey there! Its been a couple years but I'm back! We sent our package on 11/7. It seems like it got to the lockbox, but just says its not yet been delivered.. but its at the USPS Phoenix facility. Has anyone ever had this problem? Not sure if its actually lost, or if USCIS just hasn't picked up the PO box bin yet.

I recently got a mortgage and my husband (from Australia) had no issues and we were waiting for his AOS (we were approved but no card so really, we couldn't claim that he was a PR). If your AOS hasnt been approved yet, they may question your current working rights and if you will be able to work into the unseen future. It seems like if you have the EAD and can prove you can renew/are waiting for your AOS, then its not an issue. There may just be additional questions asked.

well 2 1/2 months after our interview, we FINALLY have our card coming in the mail! We finally contacted our local senator for help.. our case had to be resent back to the local field office, reapproved, and then sent to production. Been a crazy ride, but cant wait to be done for 2 yrs!
-
Unfortunately I'm having a similar experience - Interview on 1/30, approved on 1/31, case reopened for reconsideration on 2/15 and no changes since. Tier 1's say my case is still pending and Tier 2's say we are still approved but its a card production issue. I just contacted my local senator for help and she has helped a fair bit (still no changes yet though). I'd recommend trying that route to get some answers. Seems like some cases are updating incorrectly....

Thats so strange! We didn't receive the NOA1 until Jan 2021, but it was dated 11/30 for some reason. It was a weird time at USCIS then LOL
