Foolish that children are not exempt. So even if my wife and I are vaccinated, we would still have to sit around in a hotel for a week with our 4 year old, who isn’t eligible and frankly doesn’t need a vaccine.

Just checked my wife’s online account, she now has a biometrics reuse notice dated for yesterday, 13 January. Completion estimate is still September. But she had a friend who applied a few months before her, just waiting for her oath went from applying to interview in 4.5 months. So hopefully we follow the same trend.

Good evening and Merry Christmas, my wife is applying under the 3 year rule, and her date to apply was tomorrow, the 26th.  However, I guess the USCIS website runs on GMT, allowed me to submit and pay. The case showed up on her account and shows as December 26th. Applying in San Antonio, Texas, hopefully this flies by.

Nice, my in laws live in Tandag, and my wife went to university in Davao. It’s gorgeous, but seems like they don’t want us at the moment.

This is great, now I don’t need a visa anymore to go with my wife! Now all I need to the provinces to allow home quarantine instead of in a shelter, so my leave wouldn’t be as wasted.

Surigao del Sur. My in laws live in Tandag, the capital, and that currently requires a 14 day hard quarantine in either the new disaster shelter, or one of the local high schools. Once that loosens, I’ll book tickets right away. We were suppose to go in April, but we all know how that went.

Alright y’all, after being transferred to our local office in San Antonio, Texas, on 12 May, my wife’s case has switched over to new card being produced on the egov site, nothing has changed on the my.uscis site yet. Feeling Great, hope to see some of y’all in N-400 filers for December of 2020.

So as of May 12th, my wife’s case has been moved to our local office, which is in San Antonio, Texas. We have a friend who did their I-751 last June and hers was also transferred to our local office in early April and she got her unrestricted card today, so hopefully my wife will have hers shortly.

Guess my wife and I are outliers, as my wife is only 4 months younger than me.

So the e gov site shows still scheduled for interview but the newer myuscis account is showing approved as of Tuesday 27 March, so we are done for two years it looks like, just waiting for the notice and the card. Thank goodness.

I would just renew it, it's free if you throw in a copy of the I-485 receipt page, and they'll give you a notice extending it a further 180 days most likely as well. And if you do get interviewed in the mean time it should be cancelled upon I-485 approval and you'll get a green card instead.
