No I haven't received any updates on my case so far. The only notification I got was March last year : Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it.

Dear house I have a question my current work authorization and advance parole Under category c09 is going to expire on 13 June 2020 can I apply for the renewal of the same on 13 December 2019.
Moreover do I have to pay the fees for the work authorization and advance parole or it should be exempt from the fees
I'm sorry to ask but why did you wait this long if you had prior 180 days ahead. You may get an earlier response but don't stress about it okay. You'll be fine.

Hello everyone,
After consulting my Congresswoman and senator, I decided to contact the ombudsman as backup and today I got a mail from them saying that my case is under active review and they will continue to monitor it on a regular basis until there is a specific action or resolution. And to add, they will contact me as soon as they receive an update from USCIS.
With this being said I guess I'll actually relax very more, work as usual and pay less attention to this, as it looks like it's currently in autopilot mode 😁😁😁😁
Wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving and festive holidays.

Hi everyone, today I heard back from my congressman’s office after requesting that they enquirer into my case. The response given to the congressman’s office by USCIS was that the application required a routine security check, and that the security check is taking longer than usual. Specifically, USCIS stated that the security check is what is resulting in the delay with processing my application.
My question is that, is there anyone with similar response from congressman’s office and what update has the individual gotten since the enquiry. My timeline is as follows:
March 2017- Filed I360 jointly with I485.
April 2017- RFE (bonafide marriage and police clearance from home country)
May -2-2017- USCIS received response to my RFE.
Thanks
Yes I'm with you on the same response. Just to assure you, we're all in this together and if I'm correct some others too.
I got the same and usual generic response from my Congresswoman and senator.
At the moment I'm waiting for response from the USCIS ombudsman. I sent out a privacy release form for them to follow up as requested.
My timelines are exact similar to yours just a month before you in submission and rfe (bona fide marriage only) too 😁
It's all good, we'll still keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best news in the near future. 👍🍻

AP DOCUMENT UPDATE
To prevent secure document tampering, counterfeiting, and fraud, we will begin producing on Oct. 24 a new security-enhanced U.S. travel document, which is a booklet that looks similar to a U.S. passport and serves dual purposes. The travel document can serve in place of:
- Form I-327, Permit to Reenter the United States: Lawful permanent residents use the Reentry Permit to return from temporary travel outside of the United States and, in some cases, may use a Reentry Permit for travel in place of a passport; and
- Form I-571, Refugee Travel Document: Those with refugee or asylum status use a Refugee Travel Document if they wish to temporarily travel outside of the United States and, in some cases, may use a Refugee Travel Document for travel in place of a passport.
The new travel document will include a variety of secure features:
- Redesigned booklet cover
- Four montages containing three images, each of notable U.S. architecture, used throughout the booklet
-
A combination of first-, second- and third-level security features (overt, covert and forensic)
- Overt is something you can see with the eye, such as the central image of the Statue of Liberty.
- Covert is something that requires a tool, such as a magnifying glass, to see fine detail artwork.
- Forensic is something that requires laboratory examination.
Prior versions of the travel document will remain valid until their expiration date.

This is what im talking about @Shroy123. Im not sure how to fill this part up.
Attach a copy of your 485 and check the box: More than one trip.
That's all, nothing more nothing less. That's how I fill mine out all the time. Actually I'm filling mine out at the moment to be sent out in November to meet the 180 days before expiry.

Hi everyone ..
My congressman inquired about my case and USCIS responded to him saying My case is pending security checks . Does that mean when the security checks are over .. they gonna send me decision ? I actually don’t know how they process the cases .. i mean the security checks are the last step ? Or what ??!
Iam February 2018 filer😭😭 .. almost 20 months now..
What do you think ?!
They are quite behind on security checks. I'm Feb 2017 and I just got that same response from my senator concurrently with my Congresswoman. Let's keep our fingers crossed. There's so much going on in the news such that I feel okay just with my combo card with annual renewals, 😁😁
God bless 🙏😇

I do not know how to do it right.
1. Sign what they ask (that my husband gives me money and we separated, divorced peacefully)
2. Wait for a divorce proceeding?
3. His lawyer wants me to pay for his services (because I didn’t agree to sign the document, which I, my lawyer, his lawyer and intermediary agreed in words in Skye)
thank youI honestly don't know which option works best for you as the contents best describes the situation of your separation.
Option 1 you listed looks good but if all parties agreed on option 3 then let's wait for our experienced experts on this forum have a second thought in this your situation okay. Just be a little patient in this situation.

This agreement was signed in hard copy in the WORD program.
when we chatted with my lawyer intermediary and my husband’s lawyer (they were in the next room)
I realized that I should be hired by VAWA
But also I must know and foresee what is connected with divorce.
Because I’m not sure that my social lawyer is ready to go to court and go through this divorce proceedings.
I want to do my best.
1. I am not sure that I need the money that he offers so that the divorce would be without trial in court.
2. If the court nevertheless assigns me payment for the expenses of my husband’s lawyer, will this not have a bad history for me?
3. Or should I sign the papers and accept the divorce process?I do not know how to do better?
Hi there, I am not an expert but I'll be sure to guide you in some way.
1. All divorces must be ended in court and there's no way around it. A judge must dissolve it based on the grounds presented before him in court.
2. How will a court order you who's not here in the US to pay for your husband's court bill and expenses if you didn't hire his lawyer for him. How sure are that they are not 2 friends trying to get money from you so therefore claiming that you've to pay so it doesn't go to court for divorce. (Sounds like a scam 😒)
3. Depending on the state he is filling the divorce, it is not a requirement for you to sign anything. The judge will grant him the divorce because he started and wanted it.
How were you served your divorce papers? By a sheriff, or mail in your case?
Skype video call in Russia is not an option

Thank you my dear
But still, you misunderstood me, or I misunderstood.
Lawyers offer to sign a settlement agreement. That agreement even indicates the amount for me from my husband.
So that the divorce case is not in court.
If I do not sign his lawyer, he filed a lawsuit to pay for my husband's services.
Suppose !!!
The court assigned me to pay my husband’s lawyer.
I do not pay and do not pay.
Now the important question.
Will I have trouble entering the United States if I don’t have it paidPlease I can see your point of view. See it this way: The person who goes to the market for shopping pays his or her shopping bill. He who initiates or starts the divorce process pays for the divorce.
I don't see in any way a lawyer here in US will call you on Skype in Russia and tell you to pay for divorce your abuser started. That is his problem and not your problem.
Abusers are tricksters and very mind controlling and if they see a soft side of you. Please don't give them that chance and opportunity to do so.
It is not possible and I'll suggest cut all sources of communication with anyone trying to embarrass, intimidate, harass or belittle you in any way, shape or form.
Just pay attention to your vawa process and paperwork. Once you haven't signed anything in your name no one can put any bill in your name.
I hope this helps but if you need extra explaining I can see how best I can break this down for you.

Hi...
I applied Nov/2017 and I’m currently waiting USCIS action on my RFE response for 110 days now.
My question is: I’m on my 2nd EAD/AP. Should I renew it again by now? It will expire 02/2020 and I need it to keep my DL and working also.
Thank you and have a great weekend!
Please renew it, just in case there are delays. USCIS is highly unpredictable and for the sake of your job and driver's license.
Looking at Feb 2020 as your expiry don't delay any further and I'd suggest you do it right away.
I hope this helps.

On my 360 says card was mailed. I don't which card. but I will ask my attorney to call vawa hotline and learn what is going on with that.
Did you receive any status updates during July about the approval of your I-360? Or did you receive any updates at all.
Thanks

Amen dear, @Stillwinning!!!😊 like I mentioned earlier sometime ago, this journey is all about perseverance, patience and endurance which only God Almighty gives because without Him going thru evil abusive spouses and waiting this long for one approval and waiting again for the second is just unbearable. I really do admire @Apolo for his patience, God bless you 🙏😇 and congrats for this long wait. Drink some wine and say a prayer of Thanksgiving 😊😊😊🙏🙏🙏🍻🍻🍻
