Not a big deal. We made a similar mistake on the I-129F swapping MIL first and last name. We corrected it on the next set of forms and added a note explaining the mistake. My wife became a citizen in AUG and just got her passport.

I went accompanied my wife to her interview last month and stayed in the car. I believe the letter stated only the applicant and maybe lawyer or interpreter would be allowed in the building. She had the ceremony same day which I couldn't attend.

i didnt provide photocopies of the card. I printed screenshots showing my wife as an authorized user. I made sure both our names were on the page. We had mountains of other evidence so maybe they didnt care. If it was an issue, it didnt hold up our process. She became a citizen last week.

My wife had her interview today and passed. Same day ceremony. She only surrendered the current 10yr card. No issue

She is supposed to turn it in at N-400 interview. Both green cards
oops. I guess we'll call USCIS on monday and find out what to do.

My wife has her N-400 in a couple of weeks. Once the 10yr card was received, I cut up and disposed of the conditional card as I do with expired drivers licenses and credit cards. Should I have held on to it? Will USCIS need to see it? I do have photo copies of it.

I ran into this a few months ago. After swearing and pulling my hair out I quit and came back the next day. I found that all of the failed attempts actually uploaded. I then had to delete the dozens of duplicate documents.

My wife and I used the K-1 back in 2017 and the process for us took less than 6 months. Knowing what we know now, we would have gone the CR-1 route. She was bored at home for 6 months until she was allowed to work.

nov 18 here. no bio appt letter either
USPS informed delivery shows we have a letter coming from USCIS today. Hoping its the biometrics appt and not an RFE.

My fiancee entered the US 6/2017 and filed for K-1 8/2017. The GC was approved 12/2017. That was a tough 6 months for her. She couldnt work and was bored out of her mind. If we had a do over we would have gone with the CR-1. We spent more money taking the K-1 path.

Fastest isn't always best. I recommend doing lots of reading and research into this entire process for best results.
This. We went the K-1 path because it was fast. Knowing what we know now, we should have went CR-1.

unrelated to your question, but my wife applied for a passport w/o expedite. Check cashed 9/14 and passport in hand 10/4. My check cashed (renew) 9/2. Ive seen others on reddit with similar quick turns
