Hi guys, last night I received an email from USCIS, new card is being produced for EAD  I filed on January 9th, so less than 3 months since filling.

CONGRATULATIONS to some of the January filers who have been approved for ead /AP. At least some of us are being hopeful

Similarly like you, yes.. Newark, NJ is pretty busy and backed up. 12.5-20 months for AoS..
It's hard to say when they gonna process your case though.. My naturalization took 9months in total, while processing times were saying 14months. So it's unpredictable.

I, as a San Francisco filler, just received today the announcement (via email) that my case is ready for scheduling the interview.

However, on the USCIS webpage it says that San Francisco field office has a waiting time between 18 and 22 months.

Is anyone like me too?

That's USCIS in a nutshell. No idea why it takes so long. 

I also received my biometrics letter of appointment yesterday (Jan 26) it was also dated Jan 18th. 
 
My appointment is in Phoenix on Feb 5th.

I think you are super ok! The only stuff I did not add was my husband passport and birth certificate because I wasnt sure we needed it (some websites say to add them and another ones dont talk about these documents). I suppose I will get a RFE

I arrived on Friday to Chicago!! Trying to getting used to this country. Luckily I found some stuff familiar due to prior visits  We are planning to get married on september or october, and moving to SF ( my fiance got a job there) Right now I am looking on the forums what should I do next!

July 15th is only a month away, it will fly by!  Can't wait for both those milestones on your behalf.  After a bunch of unforeseen delays, Me and the Mr. finally tied the knot yesterday ourselves, and just starting to relax a bit.
 
What a crazy ride.  Tonight, there'll be a glass raised to you and everyone else who, just like us, have waited and stressed and gone 'round the bend and back again on this long, hard road we've all travelled.

Visa package was delivered to DHL in Montego Bay this morning at 9:02am and Reni has picked up his package!!!!!!!
 
Thank you to everyone and I mean EVERYONE for your support, words of encouragement, positivity and being our cheering squad!!!!!! Next up is POE next Wednesday, and I can tell you one thing...waiting these next 6 days is gonna be a cake walk after waiting a year and a month since the beginning of our K1 journey!!!
