She's unlikely to get a student visa at her age, unless it's for an advanced degree.  You mention a Masters for you but she doesn't need an advanced degree to be a nurse.  I don't think two foreigners can marry in China, so maybe in South Korea, once the divorce is final.  For your situation, the spouse visa is a much better fit.

All that said, it takes as long as it takes, and NO, you don't qualify for DCF based on what you said.  The members here quickly learn that separation is a fact of life in spouse immigration.  It doesn't have to be always, but I don't see a way around it for the two of you, unless you find a way to wait it out with her outside the USA.

As has been explained, you are outside the US.  Adjustment of Status is not available to you. Visa fraud and misrepresentation are not taken lightly.

You both need to study the requirements for a K-1.  Not meeting prior is not an option.  You will not meet a "USCIS staffer" for a visa.   My advice is to become an "A student" of the process before attempting to apply.  Good luck.

But USCIS does not issue visas of any kind. Anyone applying for a B2 visa is already assumed to have immigrant intent......that obstacle must be overcome with strong ties to your country.  Religion is irrelevant.  Good luck.

Chapter 5 - Conditional Permanent Resident Spouses and Naturalization | USCIS
    "
In general, USCIS requires that an applicant for naturalization must have an approved petition to remove conditions before an officer adjudicates the naturalization application. However, certain CPRs may be eligible for naturalization without filing a petition or having the conditions removed if applying for naturalization on the basis of:
Marriage to a U.S. citizen employed abroad; or
    Qualifying military service.[4]"

No, you cannot do that.  That is immigration fraud.

It sounds to me like your issues are better suited to seeking help from local law enforcement/social services.

Developing adult coping skills now will also be something to focus on.  Moving to another country is not easy, and will not be an overall solution to your problems.

There is no biometrics fee.  The fee is $750.00.
The biometric fee was included in the April 1 fee increases.

Thank you for your kind words! I never would have done it without this site's help. Thanks to much WISE advice from VJ, I did not hire any private law firm attorney for my I-751&N-400, saving a ton of $$$$$. Special thanks to @Crazy Cat (yourself) & @OldUser.

The OP's zip code is not a serious issue at all.  It's a very small typo on the marriage certificate.
