    Good day fellow VJ. I was issued with Cr1 and I will enter US few days after our second marriage anniversary. We got married through Utah zoom marriage. I want to know if the 2nd marriage anniversary is calculated based on our marriage day or consummation date?

    Yes. Surname first and given names. On my passport the name order is Alabi(Surname) Given names: Abiola George My attestation of birth the name order is just Alabi George Abiola (No indication of first Surname, first name or middle name). The name order on my passport is different from the one on my attestation of birth.

    Hello VJ, please I need help. My name order on my passport is different from the one on my attestation of birth/certificate. Will it affect my case? Is it something to worry about? Eg: Passport: Alabi Abiola George (Surname-first name-middle name) Birth Attestation: Alabi George Abiola (Surname-middle name-first name)

    We didn’t get married when we first met. We only got engaged. But we will get married online and file once she’s here and marriage being consummated

    She’s stationed in the US and not abroad. We have met once and planing to meet again.

    Please if you’re filing form I-130 and there are questions that doesn’t apply to you, your spouse or your case. What should you do? Leave it blank or what? Secondly, if your US citizen spouse is in the military, does it help to fasten your case?
